Drove 45 minutes to Traverse City and hoped to get coffee and use a restroom. Easy to park on the same block as Good Harbor Coffee. The coffee was very good. But no restroom for customers. Ordered a savory scone with Swiss cheese and chives. Well, it was a refrigerated biscuit dough concoction with some cheese stuck between the layers. They probably found the recipe in Woman’s World Weekly. I ate it - it was good. But not a scone. FYI the Visitor Center around the corner has very clean public restrooms.
Best local coffee shop in downtown TC (they have been there since I was in high school), great coffee recommendations, friendly staff, good atmosphere even though it’s a small space but mostly, they have the best pastries. I live out of state but my family lives here and I know when I come visit I’ll always order scones for the family. Pictured are the lemon blueberry scones specifically!
This place has been around for around easily over 30 years. Parking is not a issue it’s Traverse city people. This is a nice clean little shop with quick services. And coffee and goods are really good fresh. Stopped in here the other day both ladies that had been working there for awhile where so nice.Definitely know what they are doing for a local business.
The scones are to die for. We even had them for favors at a wedding once! Our friends from out of town make this their go-to stop every time they’re here. Amazing staff and delicious pastries.

Good Harbor Coffee and Bakery is so popular that by mid morning a lot of the pastries are sold out. A local favorite for amazing coffee drinks, and handmade cookies, scones, and other pastries. Staff is efficient, kind, and helpful. Their scones are out of this world. There's a reason this place is so popular. It's really terrific.
Recently visited this small coffee and sweet treat shop while on my anniversary trip with my wife. Everyone working was very friendly and food is delicious. Advice for new customers - street park or walk from another location. Only two parking spots for customers in the lot next to the building and they were very busy when we visited.
Great coffee with homemade steamed almond milk- just how I like it at home. Delicious frittata too. Service was pleasant - they were super busy and going as fast as possible. I liked this place a lot.
