Visiting town. Post Covid and with more information now than when covid first hit, You walk into this take out Chinese Take Out and you feel like you have a disease and they are protecting themselves from you? This is not how it is done post covid back in CT. I think they can remove the barriers, doors and microphone.Food was ok. Prices were better than they are in CT.
The food is always super at Fu Hua. The Crab Rangoon have actual bits of meat (real/immitation crab? IDK) in them, not just cream cheese like other Chinese restaurants I've been to. The meals are generous portions, even for lunch. Everything is super delicious. Their sesame chicken, moo goo gai pan, dragon meets Phoenix, happy family, and general Tso's chicken are some of our favorites. We cannot resist getting a side of soup, dumplings, or rangoon, resulting in orders being about c$20 per person. If you just order one item per personn you can keep it under $10 per person. Prior to Covid19 they had interior seating, so they probably will again someday, but they're are quite a few really nice parks within a couple miles (Bryant, East Bay which used to be Milliken, the Civic Center, State Park, F&M) so why eat inside? Because it's so good you simply cannot wait.
Incredibly bad food. Got sick overnight afterwards. Didn't look exactly right, but we were starving and this place had good reviews. Cashier insisted after 30 minutes from pick up that I come back to pay and pick up the same order I already had. I wish I hadn't tried this take-out in the first place. They don't know what they are doing. Avoid.
I never say this about chinese places but the sesame chicken was mystery meat. Dry too much breading the rice was dry. The place was packed but it was NYE. I wont bw back.
If you like normal American-style Chinese food, this place is hands down the best in town.
There combination plates show $8.50 on their website, when you get there they charge you $10.75. When I showed her the price on their website she states that's not them.
It is your quintessential American-style Chinese food restaurant. Have I had better? On occasion. Have I had worse? More times than I'd like to recount. Odds are if this is the style of food you're going for, you will not be disappointed.
I'm hook, because they have hot an sour soup, that's very tasty ?
Where do I start. The food is awful. The place is dirty. The staff bearly speek English and are rude. Stay away.
Me and my girlfriend go here atleast once a week cheap great food the store and service is nothi g tp shout about but theres never a line if there is its gone fast would recommend greatly that you come here help this local family out
