You just lost a devoted customer. The website was not allowing my order, was acting like the restaurant was closed and I could schedule a delivery for another time. I called the restaurant and obviously annoyed the guy that answered. I asked about the website and was quickly ask do you to order, I asked if I was supposed to be using the website, he promptly dismissed me with a “call back when you have an order”…clickI understand it is probably very busy tonight, but staffing people to cover phone calls courteously on nights like this will prevent people like me from staring at my phone unable to believe I just got hung up on! I should add, had the website been updated to match the google page hours open, none of this would have happened
Tried to order today, but they were closed for COVID cleaning and won't be open until Friday!! Even when they are open they mess up your order and won't let you in the building to pick up your food. This place has gone downhill since they were on 8th street! They do have pretty good food at fair prices, but they need to rethink their business practices.
They need to do better. This was my first time ordering pizza since COVID After my 45 minutes round trip in to pick up the pizze, I opened the box and it had pepperoni and black olives. I checked the receipt and it was for the pizza I ordered, one with cheese and mushrooms. We don't eat meat so no pizza for us tonight. I bet the other people were disappointed with our pizza. It's too bad, too. It looked like very well made pizza. I can't comment on the taste. Please remember to double heck what you are getting to prevent your own disappointing evening.

Pizza was just okay but realllly annoying when we have to stand outside for 10 min waiting for someone to come to the door and then take my credit card inside where I can't see them. Not impressed this is still going on even in 2022.
Quick and good pizza. Can't go in store. You call when you arrive.
Haven't had Domino's in a while but I remember it actually having taste.. Everything we ordered was tasteless from the chicken to the pizza all the way to the breadsticks. So bland even my son who's 9 couldn't eat it. Ruined our Domino's experience forever and we will never order from this chain again!
We ordered wings and pizza and had absolutely amazing service. Ashley R. was extremely friendly and helped us have a perfect date night. We will definitely be back.

Had a pick up order and waited in the parking lot called three times letting them know I was there waiting. Called at 4:50 and was told a 15 minute wait and 5:35 my third time calling saying I was there and was forgot about and happily got flipped off by the worker on her way back into the building. Been a customer for years and now I’m done with Dominos asked for a coupon or something for the inconvenience as my children are waiting home for dinner and had to pay my sitter 50 bucks for being late over a single pizza and wingsI’m way good. Traverse city has many other places that has more of an professional approach.
