I walked into Cuppa Joe, and needed up waiting around 15 minutes before I even saw a worker. I even double checked the website to make sure it was open because there was no one in sight.Once the worker came out and I got my drink everything was alright. The drink was okay. Not really worth the wait though.
Super adorable and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was friendly and kind. I loved the lighting and all of the plants. My mocha was awesome as well.

Salute the espresso flag! Chai latte, hand pies and freshly baked goods were consumed with gusto and are recommended. Friendly service and outdoor seating make this a convenient stop.
Coffee was ok, nothing to get excited about. We placed our order, then waited outside to get it. Could not come into the store. Not sure what the issue was, maybe someone's response to Covid, but very strange. Maybe employee shortage.
Good scones but waited over 30 minutes for 2 cups of coffee that never came. They seemed to be adequately staffed but other customers also looked unhappy about the wait.The owner contacted us after emailing and explained how they are fixing logistics in order to serve costumers better. Thank you
