First and LAST time at Culver's. Worst fast food restaurant EVER! They made EVERY car pull up to wait for food. 3 in gront of me, 4 behind me. There was so many of us, it backed the line up all the way back to the speaker. The cars behind us couldn't even order because there was no place to put the people waiting on their food! And, of course, the food was all cold. I ended up waiting in line for 12 minutes, then just threw my food out. This restaurant should be shut down.
The food was good, as always. The order was wrong and when I told them, the "manager" was very argumentative and surly. This is the second time in a row this has happened at this location. I'm not the kind of person who likes to argue, but when I'm getting cheated, I have to say something. I can't figure out why it seems to be so difficult to get a fast food order right. Sadly, I don't think they really care if they anger their customers. I thought Culver's was better than that!
Friendly even though it was wildly busy . And every thing was perfect and delicious.

We came here late night just for dessert sland we weren't disappointed. We were met with a smile and our order was filled in an efficient and courteous manner. Excellent customer service.

The Drive-thru was fast! The employees were happy! Makes the food taste better. The view of Grand Traverse Bay is perfect for digesting a good meal.

It's like fast food but greasier. And people act like it's amazing but it's not. And there is always a line rapping around the building.Let's get fat!
