We were in Traverse City pretty much by accident and stumbled upon a really nice hotel with a room so exceptional we decided to order food in rather than go out. Again, almost by accident we found Cicero‘s pizza. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. The Monterey pizza is to die for and we also got a couple of salads that had homemade ranch dressing. It was really exceptional. The delivery was very fast and the delivery person was very pleasant. We will definitely be calling them the next time we are in town. You can’t go wrong with Cicero‘s

WOW!!! One of the hidden gems of TC! It's in a location that's VERY easy to miss, I missed it for years until one night they had a flashing light turned on. It might just be the best pizzeria in town! The owner is SUPER friendly. The large chunks of tomato are my favoite topping.
Excellent pizza!! Tried for the first time and will now be our go to for great tasting pizza. Staff treated us great and were very gracious for having chosen their pizzeria. Plates and condiments were provided by request which was very helpful as we were staying a hotel. Ditch the big box pizza joints and give this local independent a try. Highly recommend!!
Pizza was fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced and fast delivery. This was my first time ordering from Cicero’s but won’t be my last.
I ordered a delivery around 9:30. I was grateful they were still open. I paid with my card and hung up expecting my pizza. I sat my phone down and went to the laundry room. While in the laundry room I missed 4 calls and 2 voicemail. A worker punched the card number in wrong, couldn't get ahold of me and canceled the order. My mistake for not keeping my phone close by. When I managed mancinos I was taught to delivery the pizza anyway since the win was greater than the loss if the person ordering couldn't pay. I Called them back to see what happend and it turned Into who was right. In the end we both compromised I got the amazing pizza they make an learned that the owners are solid buisness people.If you have a bad experience, that's on you because they take that extra step with the food and the sercice! Recently moved to Traverse City and was stunned by the hospitality and respectfulness received from the staff. I called up to place my second ever order and after hearing the toppings was recommended to try another sauce to bring out the flavor. I responded saying I'll try it next time! Picking up my pizza 15 mins later, I was shocked to see two pizzas were made with one including the other suace free of charge. I cannot recommend the passion the service and the pizza enough.
I kept hearing how great Ciceros was and decided to order from here for the first time last night! The guy that answered the phone was so nice and I had told him it was our first time ordering from there, when I picked up - he reminded! We ordered a large chicken bacon pizza with garlic parm crust & Vinnie sticks! Hands down, some of the BEST pizza we have ever had! We will continue to support this local business, we have to chain pizza places closer to home & Ciceros is worth the drive! Thank you for your kindness & delicious food guys! Keep up the great work!
