Here on holiday from out of town. I call ahead to discuss available options and was informed of a holiday buffet. Never did the person mention to get a reservation. I show up from 4 hrs away and was told they are completely booked. We are guests of the hotel so I ask the manager about take out or room service and was told they didn’t offer it during holiday meals so completely out of luck for a decent dinner.
Best staff and food. My kids have loved it for over 16 years now.
The fries were good, turkey club good, chicken was a little over cooked but still ate it. What? It had its good parts! I eat too much and am a bit chubby.
Food is low quality and not worth the good money you pay for it. Never eating here again.
Greasy, bland tasting food, would not recommend. Great wolf needs to get a better restaurant!
The service was horrible. It wasnt even busy. We waited 45 minutes for food, which was sub par at best and only asked for drink re fills once. This was a Saturday night.
We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge and enjoyed dinner at Camp Critter. We were told an hour wait for dinner, but it was more like 25 mins. They texted my phone when our table was ready so we were able to play in the arcade while we waited. Atmosphere is like a forest and very cool. Food was fabulous and lots of drink choices for adults. Service was very friendly and wait for food was not too bad. Prices were a bit steep, but what we expected for restaurant at the resort. Not having to leave the resort to have dinner made it worth the money!
Ordered take out. Got a bbq chicken salad, it had plentiful toppings of what they remembered to put on, it was good, but didnt put the chicken on it, bummer. Got bbq platter and was missing the pickles. My kids' spaghetti had a really long hair in it. Way overpriced. They probably need more cooks, or better pay, or someone who takes their time with checking orders before sending out- without feeling rushed or pressured, I dont know...
The food portions are very large. You may want to consider splitting a meal between two people. Food was very tasty. Menu is not large but there is a good selection and variety.
