Please for the love of god teach your employees about the magical button “PLAIN”. I am so sick of asking for a plain cheeseburger for my daughter, only to get home and have it covered in ketchup, mustard and pickles. Yes, a silly thing to complain about but I’m SICK OF IT HAPPENING.
Attempted to go through the drive-thru. Pulled-up, male attendant says: "Welcome to Burger King, can I have your order? I speak into the mike and give my order. Then, a long silence and I hear from the same attendant:" Sir, can I have your order?“ sounding frustrated, so, I repeated it a bit louder because he obviously didn't hear the first time I ordered. The attendant SNAPS back at me "Don't yell at me. It's windy and I can't hear..." Then goes on a rant about me yelling. I never yelled but only attempted to raise my voice enough for him to hear - no anger, no nastiness as he treated me. I just drove off because I won't be treated rudely. I spent my money at McDonald's across the street, it will be a long time before I spend money at Burger King...if ever again.
Last time I got someone else's order, but didn't realize till I got home 40 minutes later.
Got the spicey crispy chicken sandwich. This Burger King made the sandwich very well good Burger King
Waited in line for over 10 mins for them to tell me to wait longer at the intercom because they’re understaffed… while watching multiple cars get their orders taken care of on the second intercom. They need to shut a line down if this is a problem in the future.
Very fast ,friendly and pleasant it's my favorite BK!!
I think that they were having a rough night. Had a hard time getting our order right. When they got our sandwiches right they forgot our fries and cheese sticks. That took 3 times to get it right.
