I normally eat here alot, but as of recent I will probably never come back. For one there is literally a dog walking around the dinning room.. like literally a dog not service dog walking around sniffing. One shame on the customers who just let the dog walk around. And two shame on bdubs for not doing anything. It literally is begging to eat my food. I'll be calling the manager, and not to mention 2 hours for just myself to eat. Food and service takes forever.
Roger is a great waiter! The food was awesome both in presentation and taste, good job to the cooks! The drinks were delicious as well. All around great experience.
This place was slamming on a Thursday night, but we got good service and quick food. The fried pickle chips were bomb and my shredded chicken wrap was really good too! Roger did a great job keeping up with refills and was very attentive. The host and manager were great too. We had a really good experience. Their cheese curds are good too.
It’s a chain so you know what you’re gettting. Lots of good food options. Fried pickles are delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful every time I’ve been there. Restaurant is clean and well-kept. Easy spot to pop in for a quick lunch.
Just want to say that today was the best! My buddy and I came today about 4:00-4:50 pm today and we got the BEST Waitres and her name was brandy she did great job! And she greet us with big smile! On her and made our day and she deserve a Pay increase because we saw the way she greet other people with smile good attitude she did great! Job! You guys are lucky to have her there!
I had the best servers and i got to bdubs every week and had the 2 servers every time i got there shoutout too Mitch the greatest bartender and also brandy pretty awesome fun people great to talk to can’t wait to see them again ( GIVE THEM A RAISE THEY DESERVE IT)
Fast, tasty, inexpensive lunch specials. The waitress had a lot of tables but did a nice job of keeping up. Best place in town to watch a game.
First of all, I was a server for just under 20 years and am super picky about service. Matt (traverse city location) was absolutely one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere, in years. Not only was he on point with standard service, he messed around with my kids and I and that is my favorite thing in a server. I don’t come here much, but from now on, I will absolutely be requesting him anytime I do come in. Thank you, Matt. Tonight was extra special to have my oldest daughters, brother, with us before he leaves to go back to the Navy tomorrow. So, thank you Matt, for making our experience the best it could have been. We appreciate you so much!
First time ever eating here and my daughter and i had the worst burgers i have ever had. They were flat , dry and very bland. My daughter could only stomach eating half her burger ?. Only thing that was good were the fries and the side of onion rings. My daughter boyfriends wing were good. Spent over $100 plus a nice tip for a below average burger. I probably will not eat rather again. McDonald's would of been better..
Ordered wings online and went to pick them up ( 30 minute drive away mind you ) the bag felt light I asked the gentleman behind the counter if there was another bag he stated there was not they were all there and rushed on to the next customer. So I took his word for it, I mean he should know he works there not me. Error on my end after spending $40 and driving home I was missing 1/3 of my order. I was not happy I called to speak to the manager Travis and he did offer to give a refund for the inconvenience when the card cleared the store as it was purchased online and it would take 4-5 days to see it on my card but to my disappointment, I was spun the order was never refunded or even a partial for the missing wings which I would've been more than happy with. I will not be leaving there again before checking my order. Sorry your wings may be good but your service was NOT.
