We visit Brys Estate every time we're in town and it never disappoints! The service is amazing; Olivia was very attentive and kind! We also felt that our 14 month old was welcome. The patio has incredible views and the wine is fantastic.
One of the best Vineyards on Old Mission Point! Excellent views, great staff, and the best wine! This is a MUST SEE when in Traverse City!
The wine train was so fun, the lavender fields stunning and the wine absolutely delicious. Our host Eric, was amazing, what a wonderful experience ?
Very bachelorette friendly. very sweet staff . Professional
The location is beautiful. I don't think I've ever had as rude of a server at any other winery as we had here. We left with very dampened moods. The wine itself was on the smoother, softer side. Their newly released ciders were very nice.
Most of the vineyards on Old Mission have changed the way they do wine tastings. They now do wine "flights" and they are way more expensive! I would also highly recommend going on a weekday or getting a reservation for a group of 4 or larger to avoid long waits. They do, however, have really awesome wine slushie's! I highly recommend getting one of those! They have a beautiful view here and have some great spots for taking pictures for groups or couples. The staff here were great.
Always love a trip to Brys! Great views and wine. The frosé is always a hit. Best cheeseboard in the area. Ian made our experience extra special this time and it was fun to have him as our server.
First time visitors to this winery and for an impromptu stop, we were so impressed! The hostess was super friendly and helpful. Our server, Joey was adorable and so so nice. We really enjoyed the wines (the summer supper was my personal fave) and the small charcuterie board was perfect for the 2 of us! My only complaint would be the wait time on the charcuterie board. It probably took almost 30 minutes to come out. Aside from that, a wonderful visit. We will for sure be back!
Grounds were beautiful and wine was great. I particularly liked the Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir/Riesling.Server was rude, curt and cut off our service 20mins before our 90-minute reservation was finished. “I will serve you all this last glass, but after that you have to leave”When it came time to pay, she offered to even split as we all agreed that was fine (6 ways). She returned and caught an attitude when there was clearly a miscommunication, “fine, I will just cancel all that I just did and go to each of you and guess what you want to pay for”Then cleared glasses like we over our time.I’ve worked in service for 20 years and it was not cool and uncalled for. With 15mins left, another group was promptly sat before we were even out.Mediterranean box was also underwhelming in presentation. Super wasteful with tons of plastic, not sure if this is covid or full time. If we come back it’ll strictly be upstairs.(Mgmt-servers name was intentionally left out. Happy to send directly)
A friend of mine and I flew in from out of town for the weekend and had an absolute blast at this winery. The Sauv Blanc was definitely our favorite. Beautiful views of vineyard and Lake Michigan, and our server Jordan was ABSOLUTELY amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend visiting!
