Loved everything about this vineyards and tasting room! Beautiful inside and out and the service was awesome and the wine was great, keep up the good work!
Great wine! Very friendly staff. Not overly crowded so a great place to bring a small group.
We loved everything about this winery! The setting is beautiful. When we arrived for our tasting, we were immediately served a lovely glass of wine. Then the tasting staff hand picked our tasting based on our thoughts of the first glass, as well as our other wine preferences. We felt like royalty! The wine, staff and setting were so impressive that we stayed for dinner. The wood fired pizza and a vegetable/dip appetizer were delicious! We left with a lot of wine, and smiles on our faces! We will be back!
We were hunting for ice wine in the Traverse Area around the dawn of time where most wineries have closed by then. Brengman Brothers was one of the wineries that were still open and we made a call to confirm whether they have the ice wine or not. Once confirmed, we went there and greeted by warmth upon entering the premise. The service was awesome and Mr. Brengman himself had been nothing but a really warm propetior to the business. We fraternized with some other customers and the climax of the visit was savoring the liquid gold of the Brengman Brothers Ice Wine.
A very beautiful place to do both weddings and reception. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly!! And let's not forget the winery itself. Wine tasting is a must do!!!
Had family coming from 5+ hours away, we booked a reservation 2 weeks out for Saturday afternoon. After we pulled into the winery on-time, we learned a private party superseded our reservation and the tasting room was closed for the day. Headed to Rove and their was a group of 6+ that had the same experience. I would think twice before adding this location on your TC wine tour..
Don’t waste your time at all. This was the 2nd year in a row we attempted to taste here WITH RESERVATION and we were turned away. An absolute waste of time to even make reservations because staff will turn you away before even being able to park. We ended up finding Rove estate and multiple groups at the bar complained about being turned away while having reservations as well. Not worth the trip.
I would give this winery a 10 Star if I could. My wife and I stopped by last Saturday to pick up our fall shipment and they were closed but the owner/wine maker met us at the door and invited us in. He gave us a personal tour and sampling and spent over an hour with us. He was incredibly gracious and I would highly recommend this winery. He also let us taste the new Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc that will be coming out this spring and they were absolutely fantastic. Could not say enough good things about him and his winery and wines.
Beautiful vineyard with excellent wines and a friendly staff. The x-country ski trail is groomed regularly and the fireplace is nice to sit next to and warm up. We will be returning!
We went on a snowy day and the hilly drive was untreated and treacherous. The people were warm and welcoming and can answer any question. The wine was...eh. Some of the samples tasted odd, not something you want to serve with dinner. There are better places.
