Good enough. Curly fries, can't go wrong there. The classic roast beef sandwiches are great, the more premium sandwiches aren't always the greatest looking, and the shakes are barista quality. Regularly miss the sauce requests even after they ask you what you want. Window people are a little bit socially awkward lol but nothing wrong with that if everything is accurate.Make sure you want Arby's before you pull into their driveway. You are locked in a one-car-wide lane until after the ordering monitor. And it's not always the quicket moving line. Avoid here on your thirty min lunch breaks if there's any kind of line.
If you have a half hour lunch break, you won't get through here in time. There's no way around the drive thru line, so if you pull in you're trapped. Also, the beef and cheddar sandwich came out with no cheese. Don't waste your time. This place is paying less than any fast food joint in town and it shows.
Super disappointed ☹️ it had been a few months since I had been to Arby's, was craving their French dip. My sandwich was great however two days in a row my order was missing the fries ? so for a combined total of almost $25 and missing half of my order, I'm pretty disappointed. Two different days in a row, two different employees, neither day the restaurant was that busy!
This place is always kinda slow... I feel like that was already an issue and the pandemic seemed to make it worse. Seems like they are always short staffed so it can sometimes take 20+ min to get through the drive thru. If you visit here make sure it's not when you're in a hurry!
I am very unsatisfied. I came to your store and got two mint chocolate shakes and wanted toppings on one of them. Got to the window and got both shakes with no toppings and continued to try asking and never got and answer. Also, last I checked you had to have a visible and read-able name tags. Again thanks for no toppings! Very unsatisfied
Love the food, can't go wrong with Arby's! And the Jamaico shake is to die for, love a coffee shake with dinner! (Or lunch)....
This Arby's is no different than any other. BUT...I did get extra meat on a Beef and Cheddar 2 for $6!
Their new rib sandwich is awesome! Wish I lived closer to have it every day!
Love Arby's this one sucks we would just drive out to Petoskey to get Arby's like once a year because this one was S O B A D! ! !
Today, I gave my order as a meal, small. When I received my order there was no curly fries. When I asked where my curly fries were, I was told by the server, "You didn't order your meal with fries", and then he walked away from the window leaving me there. Well, I certainly did, and felt the server's attitude was inappropriate. If this Arby's would take the time to put a visible menu screen on the drive through, these kinds of mistakes would not happen. Going to think twice about going here again.
