I tried to reach them because I think I left my debit card there nobody will answer the blank phone. They are not that busy. Food was dry and no cup holder for my drinks.
Well the line was super long, the manager was new and working with new employees. They were doing the best they could do.
Disgusting? location in Taylor off eureka!!! NO ONE was wearing gloves inside. Just touching all the food with bare hands!!! Manager was rude and unprofessional!
I went to this Wendy’s yesterday along with 8 other people in a group. Firstly, the staff were not at all cheery, seeming overworked and tired. Five of us ordered our food all in one order, and the other 4 did so separately. We were told that we would be called up when our food was ready, so we went and waited in their lobby. It took roughly 10 minutes for the food to be done for the four of us that ordered separately, and then the rest of us waited a full half hour before the guy at the counter noticed us in the lobby. He asked what we were waiting for. It turns out that they’d FORGOTTEN about our order, which had been ready for 20 minutes, sitting somewhere in heir kitchen. How do you FORGET about an order, and how do you not notice 5 meals sitting on the counter in your kitchen for 20 minutes?
First things first the drive through road is not maintained, so that's 1 star gone. The next problem is you can't read from the food menu as the glass is foged and probably from the 80s thats 2 stars gone. The next problem is they are and have been consistently slow for years. That's another star gone. And last but not least my personal experience today of showing up and waiting at the order booth for 3 minutes only to be told that they are understaffed and to give them a minute. But here's the thing there was no one in front of me waiting on food. Yeah screw this place.

Was charged $5 for a burger that was supposed to be plain, even asked twice if I wanted it plain, get my burger and it has everything on it. Not only that they also forgot a fry too. Complete waste of money and time. So expensive for no reason. $5 for a plain cheeseburger are you joking
Waited in drive thru for about ten mins young lady came on intercom with a attitude saying “ I swear I said give me a Sec we only have two people!” Smh 6:45 pm 5/5/2022 I understand the frustration but damn!

I asked for some sour cream. thet asked if I would pull up cuz I had to wait for my order. so I did when the guy came out with my food I checked my bag and to my surprise no sour cream that I asked for just 45sec. ago I don't know if the girl at the register didn't think I was going to check or come back through but surprise I did and I said I just now asked you for sour cream and here I get my bag no sour cream...I get home the two large chocolate frosties are half full and not even cold..... Not happy .
