By far the worst order I have ever received by 2 of the worst employees I have ever seen. Fries looked like they purposefully sprinkled all the burnt crumbs on them. The chicken sandwich was so disgusting, like it was drenched in oil after it was cooked. I absolutely want to speak to someone in corporate if they see this.
I had the BURNED bacon, egg & cheese croissant. It must have been a mobile special that morning, because I don't remember ordering the BURNED bacon version of the sandwich. They were also out of coffee that morning. ☹️
Staff was short handed, but they stayed very friendly the whole time. Line was long but I give them a lot of credit for the work they were doing. I would still highly recommend them that crew worked very hard you could see some people had big orders. So yes most definitely would recommend
Just went there thru drive thru ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit a classic sausage egg and cheese and a med potato. Tell me why I have no chicken on my biscuit ? Called to complain and no one answers the phone. Definitely do better Wendy’s !
We used to love coming to this wendys. They werefast and had great staff (until they got fired). A fewweeks ago, an employee was supposed to lock thedoors behind us because they couldn't take anymorepeople in the dining room. The worker left the doorunlocked and didn't lock it until about 10 more peoplewalked in. After the door was locked, a new employeewalked up to the door but couldn't get in because itwas... LOCKED. One of my friends went up to the doorsaying it was locked and she couldn't open the door,thinking the door was locked both ways. The GMYELLED at my friend saying to open the door for heremployee because she needed workers. We went inthere last week and ordered, but was told mid orderthat we weren't supposed to be allowed back in, noone told us this. We were able to order and get ourfood, and left. TODAY, we go into Wendys to get lunch,when one of the employees got a call from the GMsaying that my friend was no longer allowed in thestore because she "held the door closed and wouldn'tallow her employee in". Apparently the GM waswatching the cameras and saw that we were in there.So my friend got kicked out and BANNED while therest of us were able to order. This wendys is the mostchaotic, piece of garbage place ever. We only went inthere because we like wendys. Don't go there if youdon't want to be treated like you're stupid and are aburden to them.5
Was extremely rude to my friends. Made my friends feel stupid over Wendy’s OWN mistakes. Def not returning, don’t go unless you wanna get yelled at and banned.
The only reason it's getting 2 stars instead of 1 is that in the past, they have been a perfectly average Wendy's. However today..... They had a line 10 people long in the dining room. Every single one of the employees looked at all of us. They informed their manager (he at least made it seem like he was the manager) that he had guests up front. The guy even came out and looked at everyone. Started making himself a drink, let us all stand there for 10 more minutes, then turned around and said.... "I ain't gonna lie to y'all. Our dining room is closed. I just forgot to lock the doors"This would not have been a big deal had I not got the impression that it was a total lie. If it was not a lie, then I certainly wouldn't want him managing anything if he forgets to lock the door, then there is the fact that any one of the employees, including the manager, could have told everyone in the line right away as opposed to having us all just stand there for so long.....So ... Because in the past they have been extraordinarily average, they get 2 stars instead of 1.
They got my order wrong the first time, when I got home my grands wouldn't eat it. I went back through the drive through and then I had to argue with the cashier that she got it wrong. I eventually convinced her to remake the hamburgers even offering to pay for them. She said that I didn't have to pay for them but I was wrong. Whatever happened to the customer is always right mentality. I won't be back.
Best Wendy's I've had in a long time it was like an old time Wendy's Burger it was nice fresh and hot
I got replace of food and they gave me coldFood and I had only took it back because I had hair in my food and then I took it back no problem and they had given me another burger with hair! I find that kinda rude
