These Services were Beyond terrible she kept telling me it wasn't any money for my car and I told her it was I even showed her the app on my phone to let her see the balance on my card and she still talking about it's still cleaning it's declining either I can't read or she can't read however I know what the app said on the phone and then she tried to take more off the card than what she was supposed to and that's why I kept declining her so now is she running the scan while she working at a fast food who knows why would you be trying to take more money off the car then what the order amount came to terrible service I would never go back again
Slow,terrible management and food with not handled with any type of care and a patty on my burger was over cooked never again I'll take it too and place and or city
today i went to wendys on telegraph rd .I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and a baked potatoethe potatoe and the chicken sandwich were both over cooked and very nasty i had to throw both away .i hope in the future the food gets better because they have just lost a customer
Great spot to grab a bite to eat. Sometimes it’s a bit packed with a line. But that’s understandable.
My food was fresh and there manager absolutely awesome.
Worst experience ever at a Wendy's. Slow service, didn't get the Frosty that I ordered and I was told that I would have to call customer service to get a refund, and the burger was very nasty and I was unable to make myself eat it. The burger was over cooked and cold, the bun was a bit dry and stale, the lettuce was wilted, no mustard, no onion, no tomatoes, no pickles, and the excessive amount of mayo and ketchup was slopped on the top bun. The cheese slice wasn't melted. I ordered it standard with extra pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Food not fresh and lobby always seemed dirty I work at the nearby Meijer and I would go there for lunch and I mean it just looked pathetic in the lobby hopefully it's a new store manager quite sure.
It was ok, I ordered a #2 meal , the Dave's double is better, I will order next time
I have a Southwest salad and it was very good. However the staff at this store on this night in particular was extremely, extremely pleasant. They were nice they smiled they were friendly. The whole team there must be doing a good job. Anyway that's why they got a five is because of the staff that night, not that the food was bad it was not bad it was very good but the staff outshined everything.
this is the 2nd time within a week i have been here and the drive thru cshier Melissa has had a nasty disposition, not sure if her demeanor or the stress of her job, but sheneds tocga ge her ways of speaking to customers. she comes across as angry and unhappy about her job. though i get the stress, her attitude should be different, you get th same energy you give out to others
