This place is always closed when I want to eat there. Only open Monday they Friday for limited hours. Not open all day like advertised.
i hardly ever leave reviews but.. there was a younger woman working the window yesterday morning about 8am when i stopped to get my boys some donuts on their way to school . i had just got off a 12hr shift. i was still in my uniform - dirty face & all. she had such a good, cheerful vibe. she asked what i did for a living & then thanked me for my “service” in the auto industry - with a smile on her face. it’s stuck with me ever since. it was just nice to hear. i hope she’s goes places on life with that attitude! i think employee of the month, a little raise or something equally awarding would be fitting too.
Very good facility one of the best in town only open from 6:00 to 12:00 employees go beyond their means to make the customers happy
I haven't been to this location in a long time and I will say customer service is AWESOME!!!!!!!! However, the food was old, my niece had hair in her breakfast sandwichAnd my egg was molded!!!!! $10 dollars wasted for the $2 for 5 sandwiches!!Be very careful if eating here!!!! I took my sandwich apart and didn't realize the nasty egg until eating half the sandwich.My nieces sausage was pink and not cooked on her sandwich.Customer Service great!! Food is old and horrible!!!!!!!My son's sausage sandwich had a molded egg as well!!!!!!!! Wish I took better pics!!!I was so mad I just told them throw it all away!!!!!
If someone wants to get a coffe here don’t even get up to get it because the service Is absolutely terrible
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Michigan period. I live near this location (Eureka and Allen Road; Taylor, MichiganTim . Ninety percent 90% of the time they don’t have what I want… Always saying they are fixing iced drink machines, doesn’t matter what time of the day. The last time I was there, about two days ago, I pulled out of the line because of lousy service. I would say to others not to waste their time to go to this Tim Hortons.
This location has got to be one of the consistent worst service locations ever. I am constantly disappointed and it never gets any better. There ice capps taste horrible like they switched a main ingredient to a cheaper substitute. Just when I think yall cant get any worse there was a large eggshell in my breakfast sandwich. ??It was gross and I don't understand how nobody saw this.The people working people inside NEVER wear masks or gloves. So everything is being cross contaminated. Just shut this place down all hope it lost.
Out of everything... We don't have that at this location. Everything from timbits packs to breakfast snacks. I was sad and it's my closest to work. Smh... They were very nice though and polite. I felt bad for the employees having to keep saying sorry. They felt bad too.

Terrible service. The cashiers DONT pay attention to what you've ordered. I tried to call to let them know my order was wrong and they don’t have a working number available. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.
