Wonderful customer service, a very clean environment, fresh food and fresh coffee made to customers taste. Overall one of the best Tim Hortons ive ever been to!!!
I waste probably $6-7 a week on coffee due to no one getting the order right. It actually hurts my brain.
So we walked in asking for croissant they were out at 12 pm!! Asked for biscuits instead with egg and cheese it looks old and they put boiled egg in it waited 5 minutes for the coffee asked for sugar and still not put sugar in it definitely worse experience ever never seen Tim hortons like this one before
Food is good but they have to learn to communicate better. If I order something and it's gonna be a wait, TELL ME so I can decide if I want to get it and wait or not, I had 2 leave for work, didn't get my muffin or my drink, but they got my $6....won't go to them again but will still go to atim Horton other franchise
Best coffee and doughnut's around. The manager/baker was running drive thru. She was awesome at her job! Coffee is always on point and piping hot! Flavored Ice Caps are always soo good! And the baked goods are always fresh and most importantly SOFT! Like a pastry should be! Kudos to the staff of this establishment. Look toward to my coffee every morning :D
The management sucks. Employees are trash accept the young black girls. They're pretty great but the rest can't even stir a coffee or take an order properly
All of Tim Hortons I have come across in Taylor. Stil will not allow customers to walk I. To purchase coffee etc. Rather allow for customers to waste time sitting in long drive through lines. While 90% of Starbucks you can walk in to get your order. I understand if dine in is closed but give customers an option. Canada is pretty much a Monarch so any Canadian based company has a rigid policy. As Canada has adopted rigid policies on Vaccine
Very fast service. Kind people.Some of the donuts tasted off. Too sour on the sour cream Tim Biebs. Otherwise great!
They have horrible customer service as always. Had the actual manager tell her staff to spit in my food because I didn't pull up and get off their timer. Well you shouldn't have to have EVERYPERSON pull up to make your time. This location needs some serious education on customer service I will not go back and ill be sure to contact Corp and tell them about my experience aswell. I'm unsure where Danielle or sky is but they knew how to do customer service unlike the one today and to think that's who the employees look to for guidance, obviously she's not mgmnt material
This is the worst Tim Hortons, don’t even know why this location is in business.The employees are the worst, none of them seem to understand English when it comes to taking your order, get your order wrong, and sound super lazy. When you let the manager know what’s wrong the employees sit in the background and laugh. The manager isn’t good either being that the employees don’t seem to respect her the way they still act the way they do.Anyway, sorry for everyone who HAS to come to this Tim Hortons.
