The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, they even solved issues I had that came from the app having technical issues. Friendly and efficient! The food is hooked up too! My favorite Tbell even tho I pass one on my way here ?
Every time I come yourre in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes, then they randomly close and don't put any signs up and let ppl sit in the drive through essentially trapped for 30-40 minutes. Workers walking around inside hiding from the drive thru window instead of telling ppl at the speaker they're closed. Got stuck behind someone that waited at the speaker for 30 minutes then at the window for 15 minutes while workers just stared at the guy but wouldn't answer him. Once you're in line you can't get out so be ready to sit there for an hour for absolutely no reason
Closes at 7pm no matter how many cars are in line at the drive thru and if you don't get to order you still have to wait in line because the drive thru configuration does not allow you to exit. Waited in line 30 minutes and was not able to get food
There's always an issue here. "We only have a few items available." "Sorry such and such is broken." And tonight was a real kicker.. "No, we're not closed but we aren't taking any orders." Just close this lousy location.
So disappointed!!! Waited in the drive thru ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and they look like this. Container nasty and pizza lacking ?
This was just horrible never will I visit this location again
My husband and I stopped in today (02-21-2022) around 2 pm to eat lunch , we ordered , got our food and was talking when all off the sudden we heard the Manager and a female employee yelling and cussing like a sailor at each other , the Manager ended up clocking out and leaving , leaving no manager on site and people waiting on their food ! Needless to say we will not be going back there at all , and Taco Bell was my husbands favorite place to eat ! They were so loud that 2 other ladies got up and throwed away what they had left to eat and walked out .. As well as us ! We usually spend around $30.00 per trip and we would do this at least 4 times a month . We will not be back and we will let our family and friends know this as well !
Got my usual order here a few days ago. My drink tasted like bleach. My bean burrito with no onions had like extra onions, and I'm fairly certain someone either spit in it or the extra onions made it wet. I threw away the rest of my food after 1 bite of that and one sip of my drink. I'm kind of horrified.
Snowy winter Michigan day, watched an elderly couple struggle to get from their car to inside the store due to Snowy conditions. Once, I side the counter help refused to take their order and directed them to the self serve kiosk, which neither could figure out nor did the counter staff offer to help them, finally, I offered to input their order and pay for their lunch to which they replied, this place doesn't deserve our money nor yours. When I explained what just happened to the young kid at the counter his response was "What Eves" its just one customer. Note taken. Shame on the lack of leadership, management and customer service for special populations like our seniors.
First time in some months or over a year, in eating Taco Bells. But these hard shell taco supreme were so delicious, that I went back for more. It was again delicious. The lettuce and diced tomatoes were so fresh; the filling was more than enough. Will I go back? YES
