?????I ordered from Rockys Chinese on goddard/pardee in taylor. My normal spot was closed. I just pulled up to grab my food and they are closed. I recieved a confirmation email for my order ? I'll take some blame for not checking twice, but why why why let an order be placed?? I think that is very distasteful and highly unprofessional. I will not be giving this business any of my money (I'm writing this as I wait for my chicken shawarma order) and tomorrow I need to get a refund for the Chinese food I did not get. Steer clear of here if you want a decent experience!
Actually watched into the kitchen as they prepared my sweet n sour Chicken. Large portion, Good Quality, Great prices. I'll be back.
I went in to Rockys around 11. No one was there ordering, so i ordered and gave my credit card to the lady. She charged it and then threw my card on the floor. Brought home my food, which was shrimp fried rice. Opened it and there was torn wrapping from a seasoning and a broken piece of utensil. I brought it back and the lady asked how do they know i didnt put that in the food. DEFINITELY will never go back there again, and advise others to prepare themselves for a rude worker.
my friend and i just ordered orange chicken dinner and general tsos chicken and halfway through our meals we realized it was raw so if you planned on eating here i wouldn’t recommend it unless you want food poisoning. absolutely disgusting this was our first and last time going here. we called to tell them and they offered to remake it but we aren’t even hungry after this experience so now we are out 30$ but at least we have raw chicken
My mom ordered dinner there last evening (General Tso's chicken). There was a slight issue with our order so we returned today with the packed food and they were very courteous and were able to prepare the dish as ordered. Very delicious and fresh. Would recommend and return.
What not good at all, chicken was small pieces, tasted bland. Shrimp fried rice had nothing in I but shrimp and rice very plain. Won ton noodles were thick and pork was nasty. And to top it off, the cashier was not friendly at all. Not going back there! Wanted to add, feel terrible all night and next day. Will not be back, do not like feeling ill after eating.
I love your food. But your service is trash. How about answering a phone “hello, rockys Chinese” not just hello. And it seems like the attitudes have just been getting worse and worse every time I’m there too. Y’all need to work on a few things. But the food is good.
The food is really good, prices are excellent, no inside dinning for now... just carry out. Food is usually ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Try it.... I think you will pleasantly surprised.
Food was amazing the prices are good the staff are amazing and nice people love it will definitely be getting more
