I come here everyday, (qdoba in Taylor Michigan) and I never really have a bad experience but today I had the best. The group you have working 06/26/2022 at 1:20 pm is the best crew you’ve had working all year. Mainly the 3 girls working the food and register.

This used to be the best location hand's down. I went in today to get a crispy chicken quesadilla and it was a gross blob. All mushy.. I threw it out.
They are usually ok here, but the other day I stood around for 10 minutes watching while they made everyone else's order but mine ( an order for ONE item) When I nicely asked about my order , she actually just turned her back to ignore me! Never again will I go to this location. It's one thing to have bad time management, it's another to be flat out mean.
Forget Chipotle .. this is the place to get stuffed like a cheap motel bedbug.. ?. Love the protein bowls. Theyre always so big and full of goodness..
This place used be nice, but I'm not sure if new management took over or what. But this place went to sh!t real fast after Covid, I've never seen such a disorganized and unprofessional workplace. I'm talking about people waiting 10-20 minutes after they even put in an online order (You'd think, it's pretty easy.) And Customer service is not even a function at this establishment, Qdoba they need help lol
You can't put a one star on this restaurant me and my family ate it and next thing you know 2 hours later we was puking from 10:00 p.m. till recently right now which is 1:45 nobody will answer their phone and the doordash wants a picture of the food since there's nothing you can do there will be a health inspector coming in Tuesday we have pictures of your employees not wearing gloves how they prepare the food not washing their hands after the bathroom this is all recorded have a good day
Food was ice cold, looked like a glob of grease. Ate about 1/2 of it Pico.!! and couldn't gag down any more. There was absolutely no taste. How can mexican food have no taste? It's been about an hour, maybe a little more, and my stomach is rolling around and I'm nauseous. Was. Not. Worth. It. Btw, that was from the 3 cheese nachos with ground beef, fajita veggies, pinto beans and pico. Disgusting!!
This used to one of my son's favorite locations to visit....not anymore. We went this evening and there was a sign on the door that said "online orders only due to staffing shortages." Which I could understand if that were the case. While we watched 3 employees sitting at a table laughing and having a good time, we were trying to place our order online to no avail. When it came time to place the order it said that our order couldn't be placed because of high order volume at the time, which had to be untrue because the employees were not filling any orders. That was quite funny to me. Then to put the icing on the cake we called the number on the door to possibly place an order or to see what was going on, one of the before mentioned young ladies sitting at the table answered the phone and was no help at all. This was an overall HORRIBLE experience. Parking lot full of customers and a restaurant with at least 4 workers inside doing nothing. We will be taking a LONG BREAK from this location and taking our business elsewhere.
I think that if you say you close at 11pm on a Friday, you should post that you no longer take online orders after 8pm otherwise continue taking the orders. Also is it standard practice to start cutting standard food options in person several hours before closing as well?If you want good food and good service this is the place, just make sure it's well before closing time.
