After having to wait 1 hour for and order of wings and a thigh and leg order we get soggy fries and a half serving of coleslaw.. REALLY .. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WANNA GIVE HALF STAR.. NOT RETURNING TO THIS RIDICULOUSNESS ?.
Absolutely terrible place to get Popeyes from. The management there is a complete joke and the store closes way earlier than it suggests on google. Im here at 9:10pm and it says they close at 11:00 pm. They are also extremely dirty!!! They don't make fresh food, and they don’t give you condiments with your food or even napkins. Shut this place down or please get new management
Not good; the service, the cleanliness from the parking lot to inside, the quality of product, the speed of service is the slowest even when slow. 1 star for location, great location on Telegraph Road in Taylor but not enough to keep up with traffic of road/city. Do Not Recommend!
Zero stars if it was available.. Today 6/21/22 I waited in line for 15 minutes before I found out the Credit Card Reader was down then another 15 minutes for my order ? ordered.. got home I had 1 wing and all thighs.. I had a craving ? for 3 days.3 nights ago I got up there at 9:40 pm there were 4 cars ahead of me 8 minutes before 10pm they shut off the lights ? ??♀️ I was in line 20 minutes before and was not allowed to order.I hate that this is the Popeyes in my area ? terrible ? never go here please ??
Unfortunately long waits (and lines - edited) are not uncommon for Popeye's due to demand. Which to be fair to this location, they still had (lines - edited). That being said, 20+ minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable. Usually the wait is worth it as their sandwiches are delicious. Unfortunately (edit), this location did not hold up their end of the contract. The sandwich was over fried so it was hard and dried out
First time at Popeyes!Classic chicken sandwiches were amazing!I bought 6 for sharing at work.Everyone enjoyed the sandwich! Hot and great flavor.I will be back but know drive thru isn't fast like McDonalds! Long wait but it was delicious!Friendly staff?
HORRIBLE WAIT TIME! Do NOT come here unless you plan to spend 45 mins to an hour in the drive through line.Food is usually good. Definitely use the app or website for deals though! Its way cheaper to feed your family that way!
You have got to be kidding me. Over 45 minutes in the drive through.Less than edible food. There is Popeyes in the hood with better service and flavor.Don't go here.
When you wait 30 minutes for your food, you'd think it's going to be perfect. No. The fish filet was overcooked and the chicken was cold. I guess the chicken sat out waiting for the fish to overcooked. I've had only bad experiences with Popeyes even in trying different locations. I give up. I'll be deleting the app.
Ordered from here online, spent about $50 and was excited because I've never had popeyes. It was about an hour and a half before closing when we got there and they only came to the window to say "WE'RE CLOSED!!" Never got our chicken or money back. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this establishment.
