Amazing food and service. Atmosphere is second to none!! Don’t cheat yourself. Enjoy a night here!!
Poor quality food! Subs are terrible they have very little meat on them. Prices are high. Then you call and talk to a manger and poor customer service. Place use to be very good! Now it’s just terrible.
Can be great food. Only gave a 3 star because I order a salad from here yesterday and wanted to eat it for dinner today and got to the bottom just to find a black winged bug..I know bugs are in produce but should of been washed more thoroughly ??
Everything was great the food the service
My first time & the pizza was Great!!
Usually a 5 star rating and the All the Food is always excellent, I had Daughter in law over tonight and She wanted Pizza from a 5 star restaurant instead of a regular place for Mothers day. So I ordered what She wanted and went and picked it up,got home and it had stuff on there that She can't eat and not all the stuff I ordered. I called and told the Young Lady that it was the wrong Pizza and She tells Me well that's what You ordered ? So tonight She didn't get Her Pizza and the Young Lady on the phone hung up.
This used to be my favorite Italian restaurant till one manager ruined everything. Andy was not professional at all, he rushed my order when calling, so we called back to make sure it was right, he rushed us again and was rude so we just canceled our order, he ended up hanging up before confirming it was canceled so yet again had to call, he did not cancel it so another employee had to cancel it for us, when trying to give the manager a complaint (it was about him) he told us he's not taking complaints today and hung up. I have never been treated so horribly over the phone before, my family has been coming here for years, I had my high school and college graduation dinners here, and to see how this is the management style now, is sad. Andy the manager of this restaurant made a loyal customer stop coming here.
Always delicious! Took the family here for my dad's birthday. We've been going here since I was a small kid, back in the 80s. My absolute favorite thing? Dip the garlic bread in the chicken pebble soup. You'll thank me later, promise. The fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken is my go-to dish, but you really can't go wrong with any pasta dish here.
My 2nd Fav pizza, nice portion 4 side salad. Never dissapointed. Not cheap, but doesn't break the bank. Authentic Italian.
I've been to Pia's in the past for dinner or a drink and it's usually a welcoming atmosphere with decent food. Recently, on a cold March morning, I went there for a Funeral luncheon and staff had not turned on the heat. The dining room was freezing and it didnt warm up while we were there. They also did not think about the radio station blaring rock and roll while 100 guests were grieving. Make sure you discuss housekeeping and details with staff before you have an event at Pia's.
