So disappointed in my experience at this location. Food was delivered cold so we sent it back. When the server brought back our order, she told us that it was made fresh but food was cold again. I truly believe that we got our original meal back. When the waitress brought us our bill, she asked us if we wanted to complete a review to rate the food and experience. When we told her that we didn't think she would want us to write a review, she responded "I don't care, I didn't do anything wrong". What about delivering our food when it first came up. She said that she was busy and thought someone would deliver her orders for her. Where was the manager in all this? I have been to other Olga's and our food was delivered hot and fresh by the manager to help out the busy servers. I won't be visiting this location again.
This was the absolute worst experience I've had at this location, by far. My food that was marked as "ready" for a curbside pick up at 6 o'clock still hadn't been delivered to my car 15 minutes after I got there and marked "I'm here". I then had to go inside to retrieve my own order which they could not even locate even though it was sitting on the counter behind the register. When I got home my husband's sandwich was inedible and mine was so slathered in mayo, I couldn't even hold it together. We definitely will not be back.
This is my favorite Olgas. I recently had a young man named Alex who waited on me. He was energetic, kind and super friendly. He greeted me with a welcoming smile and made sure I was well taken care of making my dining experience a pleasure. Alex is a great employee and an asset to the company. Kudo's to Katelyn (manager) for running such a great crew!
I just want to say how attentive and polite Shawn R was! He went above and beyond! One of the best servers we have had in a very long time! We will definitely be asking for his section when we go back!
Food is delicious.They are severely understaffed, so be patient.Ask for Patti she's a wonderful server who stayed on top of drink refills & making sure we had all we needed.
Patti was our server today! I took my girlfriend to eat and she greeted us and took us to our favorite table that we eat at everytime. She served us with the the best kindness service we have ever had!! She is the best one we have had so far! I would suggest everyone get her when they go in to eat! Thank you Patti for the wonderful time!!
Our server, Sam, was great! The food is so good, and she was super friendly, but authentic. If you're lucky to get served by Sam, you'll leave super happy and super full!
What happened to Olgas? I moved out of state for 15 years and just recently moved back to Michigan and this was my first time at an Olga's since moving back and the food has taken a hard dive. The snackers were great but the chicken in my wrap was dry and hard, Also my friend asked for extra cheese on her wrap and her wrap came out without cheese at all. Waitress did not keep us updated on the delay of our appetites, had to ask her about them and didn't offer any refills on drinks until we were paying the bill, "tip talk".
Went there for lunch today. They were super short staffed, but other than the wait for the table, you couldn't tell. The wait-staff was amazing, even if there was only THREE for the whole place. The manager Katelyn (spelling?) did a great job setting expectations on arrival about wait times and was just over all pleasant. Thanks again!!!
This place was so good!! Service was outstanding!I had the original snackers with almond cheese. The classic olga with peasant soup and and olga salad. My fiancee had the steak and lamb bolga bowl. Everything tasted so good! Even to the fact that I got an order of snacker and another bowl if soup to take home for myself for dinner.We are from out of state, and dont have an Olgas near us, except for an hour away...we will now be making the trip hime to the Olgas an hour away!!Handicap accessable
