The Tamales are a MUST have. Some of the best chicken tamales I've had in a long time. Also had a pork burrito that went really well with both of their hot sauces. The owner recommended the ground beef or steak, so now I've got to come back to try more.

Hands down some of the best food in the area! Good prices, great portions, super tasty food. The staff are friendly and the service is quick as well.

definitely I diamond in the ruff, the food is classic and we'll made, I love the energy from the owners and it's definitely worth stopping by, sorry I don't have photos this visit but the next one I will show you what I mean

So glad I found this place! So cute, clean and great food! The chicken street tacos, burrito bowl and tamales were yummy. The guacamole and chips were superb. The couple working there were so nice! I will return!

Best Mexican food I have ever tasted! Very authentic Mexican dishes. I will definitely get my tacos from here from now on!

Best pickled jalapeños ur gonna find. Everything is homemade. The Compechano tacos are feckin delicious. The churros are the best I’ve ever had and the service is bar none!

Everytime I come in the food is always fresh and authentic. Taste is great as well as prices. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks for all your hard work.

The food here is absolutely amazing, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I could not suggest a better place for delicious authentic Mexican food.

Best Tacos I’ve ever had! Fast service that doesn’t skip on quality! Absolutely a must visit when driving in Taylor!

Not from the area, searched mexican restaurants to find this place. It was kind of a bizarre experience, owner asked if my friend and I's checks were together or seperate? When we said seperate, he educated us on mexican culture surrounding seperate checks...men always buys womens because they're not equal in Mexico, man is protector. Friend with more money gets pressured to buy the meal, ect. I don't eat meat, so ordered fajitas with no beans(lard). It was $21!! Very expensive! I could have gotten fajitas with guacamole salad, a jumbo marg and chips/salsa for this price at a traditional mexican restaurant! The owner came out and asked me if a certain oil was ok? I said yes. He came out again and he invited me back to the kitchen to see my veggies on the grill, I declined and he insisted. I declined again. Once we got our food, I put the single serve sour cream on my food($2) and then realized it was expired by over a month. My friend had steak quesadillas and the meat was colored weird and she barely ate any, said is was disgusting. My rice was dry, it was clumped together and very hard. It was obviously old. We didn't finish half the food. There were red flags but we ignored them, definitely should have went elsewhere. Probably nice people but really weird experience. As soon as we walked in, my friend suggested we go elsewhere. I felt weird about it and sometimes hole-in-the-wall places are great...just not this one.
