Been ordering here for a while though lately when I order through A delivery service, the containers are only 3/4 full, I usually order the largest size. Also, my orders used to have a good amount of toppings provided but now there is very little, not worth the $.75 or $1 you pay extra for each.
Love their frozen yogurt and eating inside. My complaint is on a cake order. Ordered a cake to have ready on Saturday and someone got dates mixed up and it wasn’t ready like it was supposed to be, they said they could do it and have it ready in an hour. Which was fine my son has never picked out his cake at a place before and was super exited to have an ice cream cake. We later received a call that the printer wasn’t working so he would not have the decal he picked out. So at first we said Nevermind we will take a refund, but given that the party was only an hour away had to call and just say write happy birthday cause it was too late to look elsewhere.we received 10 bucks back and some coupons for future ice cream purchases. Just definitely disappointed with the hassle and confusion. The cake was delicious though thankfully.
