The new norm, no one to work long lines and always check your order before leaving the window. They do the best they can.
This mcds serves its customers inedible food. $9 for fast food okay fine. Cold burger and cheese on a hard dry bun because it sat there for an hour not acceptable.
Took a while to get waited on I can now understand why I do not go to McDonald's very often, will probably be quite a while before I go back. The employees did not seem to be enjoying their jobs and seem to be bothered by having to wait on a customer inside. But their drive-thru was very busy so maybe they just need more help? Not really sure but as I said it will probably be a while before I return to a McDonald's.
i went up to this McDonald's for my lunch break which is around 8pm and this McDonald's was busy like usual i waited in line about 20 minutes before i was able to order mine and my coworkers food. i get through the line get my food and get back to my work. the food tasted like it was sitting out four hours the fries tasted like day old fries and were cold the burgers were dry the mc chickens weren't edible (bread was hard lettuce was old chicken was hard.) the nuggets tasted like they were sitting out for hours. I've never had a problem with the particular McDonald's until now but after this i doubt ill be coming back to this one and that's a shame because its close to my home and I've gone here often.i hope some of the higher ups notice this and try to change this store for the better.
This place is a joke!!! It used to be the best McDonald's in the entire area, but NO MORE!!Cheese & ketchup only!! After saying it twice & it being read back to me twice, by the time I got the 1st window (which was 15 min) it was read back to me as 'cheese & pickles, no ketchup', HUH?? NO!! after waiting another 15 min, I ended up with a quarter pounder with ONLY ketchup!!! So I went to Burger King. They're slow as hell but they listen to you when you order. You're not paying for something you didn't ask for at BK!!!
I have found that this location has got to be the best McDonald's I've ever been to in Michigan. There's others in my area but they always have lines all the way out in the street, and they're slow and always mess up my order. This location is fast regardless of the line and always super friendly. I'd drive 10 miles out of my way just to come to this one. I WISHED I COULD THIS LOCATION 10 STARS.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Don't usually have that great of an experience at this mcdonalds but today everything was great. And the girl in the second window (wish I would have got her name) but she was really nice.
Ordered a double quarter pounder El royal and they tried too stiff me by using regular burger patties! Pay attention too your food people they will stiff you when busy.
For a McDonald's it's good. Kinda dirty, always busy, but they get the order right. The play place is cool.
Terrible location.Seems like all of the Chapatwala stores are filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. Floor was dirty in dining area. Ketchup packets splattered under seats. The food was slightly warmer than room temp. Got attitude from the manager when I asked for hot food. Honestly don't know why I bother going to McDonald's anymore. I haven't had a decent experience in a McDonald's locally in 5 years..I would have given this store a zero if I could.
