Ordered 3 streak grinders and spent $27 and they were Horrible! I paid for extra meat & cheese and there was neither on my sub. Asked for no mushrooms and there were mushrooms. It was more lettuce on the subs than anything. The subs were just thrown in a pizza box because they were out of sub boxes. We really wasted our money on these subs.
The Older supervisor was SO RUDE. I ordered a grinder last night an hour before they closed and when I got home my grinder was missing toppings. I tried calling but no one answered. I tried calling the next day but no one answered again. I went up there & took half of the grinder back to have proof. The supervisor was on the phone while talking to me & busted the box open at the cash register & used his bare hand digging through he grinder & said what did you order! That is what you ordered! It’s only missing tomatoes. The cashier then giggled. No greeting or apology & still on the phone. Then proceed to say I can only give you half of a grinder. Which was completely fine. I told him at least apologize & have some empathy! He waved his hand and walk away on the phone. However, customer are ALWAYS RIGHT. At least have the decency to give me your full attention & show some empathy after my grinder was made incomplete & it was $18 & I had to drive back up there and gas $5 a gallon NEVER AGAIN
I've been getting lunch and dinner at this particular Mancino's for 10 years. They have had the same workers for the entire time. They have great deals, friendly service and their food is amazing. The cheese bread is to die for and the pizza is amazing. (I don't recommend the wings)
Horrible manager named Tony tried to argue with me about getting a delivery when actually never left the store called and asked for the general manager number and he would not give me the number I will never do business with them again UPDATE..Don the owner called and his apology was sincere. I managed a mom-and-pop pizzeria for too many years to understand managers like Tony. He doesn't care for his customers as a manager should. Donny was what I expected from a GM. Food is too good not to order again. Now to get hubby on board. Lol he was hangry after a 80 hour week and wanted their food. For us to know we were being lied to by a guy and him not comprehend the frustration and did not even comp us $5 off just said no food sent a female to bring us the money back after 2 1/2 hours. She was the one he blamed for his incompetence as a manager. So he put his employees in danger if we were violent people. I hope Donny gets better employees. Because most of his staff is amazing. I normally pick up not place delivery.
I eat here every time I'm in town for work. Super friendly, super fast, always good food. I cant wait to go back and get an Italian grinder.
I'm so disappointed! We usually order from the wyandotte (ALWAYS AMAZING BTW) sadly we used door dash and for whatever reason it went to the taylor location! Horrible mistake and lesson learned a $75 order, half the food was missing the other tasted horrible and salty... how does my grinder taste only like salt? How does a calzone taste like salt? Please save yourself the trouble dont order from this location.
Nasty the worst steak sandwich I have ever had. No mayo like stated steak was like rubber,bread taste old, more onion and tomatoes than steak. Where the cheese was is really my question? Yuck yuck yuck and yuck!
Love going here for lunch. They have fair prices for large amounts of food, I can usually schedule an order and it’s ready for pick up hot and fresh, right on time.
Usually order from the Westland store but they are closed on Sunday....So we ordered 3-16" #1 Italian Subs ($50.72) with extra sausage from the Taylor location...The bread was stale af guaranteed not made fresh it was from the day before or older...The ham was half the the amount of the Westland location...The extra sausage was not added...And it was dry af with hardly any mayo...Stay away from this location...Worst Sub I have ever eaten...You want a good fresh awesome tasting Sub go to the Westland location...
This is the best place to get a seafood grinder/sub. My only problem is , some of the employees have a misleading attitude when taking your order. And even though they lack a smile I still tip them. Why? I work food nutrition . It can be a rough job some days.
