Great food with excellent service. Would recommend.
Always double check your order when received. The food is good, but they can never get their carry out right. I’ve order from here consistently for years, but every time I do they never seem to get it right.I normally order the deboned chicken, and I always ask to make it spicy. Majority of the time they do not. Usually the food just goes to waste cause I don’t eat it.It’s been a few times already that they have done this, so I decided to actually do something about it, because I needed to order food for a party the next day(today.)The person who answered said he can only do something about it on the same day. Which is ridiculous cause I live 30 minutes away, so to pick it up same day would be a solid hour out of my day. I could’ve just prepared the food on my own in that time.I went through with my order today, because I had a party, but I definitely won’t again. Horrible customer service.
Had a fairly large Mother’s Day order. Upon arrival in restaurant was provided my order and I asked multiple times to confirm everything in order was in the bags as they were tied shut. I was assured everything was included. Got home and found that not one of the 7 sandwiches ordered was included. Called restaurant and was told they forgot to give me a bag and I could come back and pick it up (20 minute drive). I asked for them to be remade, which was refused. They said they would refund the sandwiches that night as they were too busy to deal with it. Refused to give me a total refund amount. After hanging up, received notification that they refunded amount for ONE sandwich ($6.36). Used to be my go to spot for Mediterranean. Will not be back!
The food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was so flavorful and fresh tasting. Great service. The portions were large enough to share. What a fantastic experience.
The food was good the wait staff was attentive and I got the 1/2 order boneless chicken the first time , very good. Second time it was the shrimp scampi, very good. And my partner got a couple different dishes both times that were very good. I would recommend the place because they give you a lot for the money but I was told on carryout it's different. So if you're going to sit and dine in, get some pita bread and garlic sauce and enjoy ?
I used to recommend this place to everyone I knew. But lately the service is absolute garbage. We cannot get a carry out made correctly. When we ask them to remake it correctly, they have really bad attitudes about it and just scrape the same food into new boxes. The person taking the order has been there for many, many years…. And he is rude and unfortunately never listens to what we order. I’ve called and asked for replacements on food made incorrectly and they tell us that we can have a free side because they won’t replace the whole meal, even if the whole meal is wrong. Dining in isn’t much better. One time two people in our party ordered cream chopped chicken and they were both burnt to charcoal. When we asked for them to be replaced, the waiter said to order something else because the chef will just burn it again.
Liked this restaurant during my first visit. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp had subtle smoky flavor.I would recommend Chicken Sajji. This dish is simple but has unique sauce over the smoked chicken.Would have give 5 stars but the portion size is too small for the price compared to the other competitors.
Yesterday I when there for my birthday I go chicken shawarma and fattoush salad and was good and I eat there before I was so good
My order was perfect. The food was delicious, prepared very well, the mango lassi was a beautiful blend of sweet and salty while my Arabic coffee was out of this world! And the service was exceptional!
Ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich and it was basically, extremely dry chicken with about 2 pickles. I ended up throwing the chicken out and used the bread for hummus. This was by far the worst shawarma I’ve ever had.
