Used to be a decent establishment, but not anymore.Last time we went here, they told us they were OUT of pizza.. okay. Seems odd you can be out of pizza when that's your main sale item.So we try them again tonight and this time, walked in, ignored, unattended to at the counter. Was asked on 4 seperate occasions what the order was again and when I was handed an order, it wasn't mine. Nobody had gloves or any protective wear on. The pizza was a mess and undercooked, plus not even cut through. The bread came without butter and a couple flakes of parmesan on it, which also wasn't cut through. The employees here do not care to do their job and seem to prefer if they get no business. Nobody even answers the phone. Might as well close this location down.
5pm… what do they have “Hot-n-Ready”? Nothing! 11 minutes to make the tv-advertised thin crust with pepperoni. Was it worth $7.50… probably. Would I ever stop in on an impulse to bring pizza home… not a chance.
Well my food was really good til I found a little round piece of hard plastic inside my pizza. I kept the piece. I'm calling in the morning.
I used to like this place. I ordered a pizza yesterday. Go to pick it up and the guy explained there was an accident with it so he had another in the oven. The remade pizza was fine. The thin crust was literally glued to the pizza box making it basically inedible my husband was extremly disappointed.The young lady was so busy flirting with the "manager" and washing her hand bc she touched pizza box grease and playing with her hair it was ridiculous. Thank God she wasnt making our food. That's about the only good thing was I didn't have to deal with her.
I had a mishap occur while placing/picking up my order, details irrelevant. The manager made a call and made things right, going above and beyond. MUCH APPRECIATED! ?
Called to order but it rang and rang. Finally auto hung up on me. Called back to get a not in service number. 1) if you don't take orders via phone, then state so in an auto system. 2) I'm NOT going to order through an online system, so this just means I'll stop using Little Ceasars for pizza.. They may not want my business, but they should not waste my time!
We have come in here a few times and had no issues but in late we always get denied what we want. They were slow we wanted a stuffed crust pizza they told us that they didn't have enough employees. Came another time when their calzone came out they didn't have the product. Today at 2 o'clock literally no business my boyfriend asked for the new stuffed crazy bread and they said no we do not have the product. Asked if we could have cheese bread and they said no. He then asked if we were able to get a stuffed crust pizza and they said no. All they were doing was pizza. The employees here do not want to do their job. They are not offering their product. Tried calling to speak to manager about the encounter and of course no one picked up.
I have never encountered more miserable people in my life than the people who work here. I’ve tried this place twice and had the same experience. I will not go back because of the workers’ attitudes. If you hate your job, quit.
Walked in today to just order a hot and ready they were slow as ever an what’s crazy is they had no business. No sense of urgency to help the customer. Everyone in there including the manager looked so depressed. They should take note that it’s nobody’s fault but their own they’re making pizza at little ceasers. Goofy…
This place is Highly disgusting! This comes from a friend of mine that got a pizza from there today…. This place is nasty the workers aren’t health conscious at all they sit out front and 4 of them are smoking cigarettes and cursing in the front of the store.. this place needs to be shut down and cleaned and find better help this is unacceptable
