Ordered a fresh pizza and bread online, waited the alloted time as it said it was cooking, but when I picked it up it was THE most stale pizza I've ever had from Little Caesars. There's better locations out there than this one.
It’s 8:49pm! How can you say “all we’re doing is hot and ready. And the stuff crazy bread,( that’s what I came for) so ok cool… we’ll I say it and you say “oh last one went out”.. they close at 10pm… takes 12mins to run a pizza.
I’m writing this review while waiting in line for an online order that was ready over 30 minutes ago. It’s absolutely ridiculous not to have the ability to walk inside and pick up my order. Definitely not coming back to this location. UNLOCK THE DOORS!
You people need to open up the inside parent Lee you can't even handle what's going through the drive-thru covid is over. Why are all the other Little Caesar's open on the inside but you're not? You're losing big money.
Very good customer service the line was long due to the inside being closed but that is the case with most fast food businesses. Nonetheless great food and customer service...?
Ordered a pizza from here yesterday, Saturday, get it home it looked like it was left over from Friday. It was burnt an dried up...got some crazy bread too, it wasn't done...what happened to this store used to be the best pizza store around, not anymore....stay away from this store...
Guy was rude on the phone I guess because I didn’t order online. My pizza wasn’t hot at all and wasn’t what I asked for. I got a 3 meat treat and the bread was hard also it barely had any other meat on it besides pepperoni. I felt very rushed at the window couldn’t even check to see if it was right.
I don't like to waste time with reviews but I feel like the owner and the customers need to know whats up here.This place has a drive thru. The inside is closed, despite what the app says, despite that the other 4 Little Ceasars within 2 miles are all open inside, this location is drive thru only. I ordered through the app, expecting to walk in and pick up my pizza when notified, but the doors were locked and I was forced to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, behind 7 other cars.I appreciate the drive thru and its uses, but when you remove the walk in experience that every other Little Ceasars has, it becomes a nightmare. You will wait 15-20 minutes everytime you go here, whether your pizza is finished or not. It's unacceptable. Calling ahead to place an order, or using the app is completely useless here. You can get your pizza at any other nearby location and be home by the time it takes you to get through the line here. What a waste of gas and time. I was upset.I gave it two stars because the employees were fine, and the pizza while not great, wasn't bad either. I really wanted to give it 1 star but I'll give it two for this reason.Tldr; Literally go to any other Little Ceasars unless you don't mind sitting in line for AT LEAST 15 minutes.
For a Little Caesars...this place is yum ?I drive past one to get to this one ?...So far consistent, fresh and tasty!- $5 Classic(good layer of cheese; fairamount of pepperoni)- Baked wings with BBQ sauce(minimal fat; taste as chickenshould)
Very poor choices for the workers. I actually felt bad for the kid at the window. The other workers left him high and dry. They lied to me and said the system was down and it would take about 15 mins. So I waited. After about 30 I went to the window and he said they told him to say that because they just didnt have anything cooked. Like really. Why not just say that instead of have me waiting. Wont go back. Should of just stuck with my normal place. My friend said its always at least 30 mins to and an hour wait anyways. The one on van born is in and out.
