Poor communication with the staff and driver my order was made wrong called and they sent out another pizza but wanted the old one back! With Covid going on why take back something someone put their hands on! And not to mention the driver sat in my driveway for 5 mins talking with staff about rather or not I cud just keep both pizzas! Well after a full 10 min the driver leaves and never comes to tell me anything so I called the store again the girl who answered was rude cut me off while I was talking to her and put another rude person on the phone! Long store shot I didn’t get the right order or compensated never ordering here again
So I have recently become kind of obsessed with breasted chicken (I tried it for the first time a few months ago) but with our family of 5, it can get quite expensive. We’ve tried a few places, and tonight we decided to try Karl’s! Their breasted chicken dinners come with fries, corn bread, AND one side!! That’s much more than any other place around here gives.. and we love our sides. Lol the food was still piping hot & fresh when it was delivered, I actually had to let it cool off to serve my little two. & It was absolutely delicious!! The chicken, fries, macaroni salad, coleslaw, AND cornbread were all superb! (And I am VERY picky about coleslaw and macaroni salad) I see people complaining about their fries being under the meat, but those were the best fries in our opinion! Lol I tried to put as many of those ones on my plate as I could. And to top it all off, it was delivered 50 minutes EARLIER than their estimated delivery time! The delivery guy was friendly and had a smile on his face.. 10/10 in our book. Even my kids devoured it. Will definitely be ordering again! And again.. ?
Very respectful, very quick with answering the phone and taking your order. I would recommend this location to absolutely ANYONE!
This is the best pizza around Taylor... I moved and miss Karl's. Nowhere near me can beat them..
Perfection! I loved Karl's when it started out on Wick Road. I moved from Michigan over 20 years ago. Karl's is my first stop every time I return. Salads are always fresh and crisp. Pizza is perfection!! Yum, yum, yum!!!
Love Karls pizza! They are always prompt with their time & they give great coupon orders!! It’s what my husband and I use for all our gatherings with friends and family!
This was a go to place simply because of location, however, I can't continue to give them my money! Fries are HORRIBLE, the chicken is too salty because of their brine, and they continue to throw the fries in the same box as your meat. I called and spoke to the manager and got no result! He actually told me that all he does these days is throw his hands up! Didn't offer to replace my meal or anything! I'm done! #CHANGEYOURFRIES and your attitude!
They said they had cups and plates no problems but when it was delivered they acted like no clue what we were talking about....they were now out of plates but had cups...instead of offering to bring us cups they argued on whether we told them or not.If we'd had known this we would have gone elsewhere for dinner as we are working on a house and have no utensils...so now we're eating on the floor out of the box, and having to all share a 2 liter since they don't have 20 oz pop either ...with how subpar the pizza is (tasted like they made it with the paper plates it was so dry)and the amount of pizza options around here you'd think they'd have better service. I didn't want to eat here after reading the bad reviews and I'm disappointed the ones about bad customer service and gross food were true.
