Just waited an hour and a half for me and my families food.. And it never showed up.. Called after a hour of waiting and had some young kid answer that had no odea what was goin on.. Called after a hour and a half to speak with the manager and she told me the order was never made
They are quick and friendly. When ordering online, it seems that they don't always read the orders correctly
Placed an online order at 745pm for delivery, when it still wasn't delivered by 850pm, I called the store to see what was going on since they close at 900pm. Apparently they didn't have any drivers, so they canceled my order, and didn't feel the need of common curiosity to tell me. This location is consistently slow with delivery orders, the motto of Freaky Fast doesn't pertain to them, or they deliver to the wrong address regardless of me leaving my apartment number. Whenever I go in person what shows as a reward on my account never matches what shows in their system. I don't think anyone at this location really knows what they're doing, especially management. I don't know why I continue to think my experience with them will be different, but I will no longer be a customer, and I warn others who do consider ordering from this location.
Found in my sandwich what I can only hope was a piece of roast beef. Shouldn't have anything in my food that I didn't order. Won't be coming back to this location
Aden (Manager) was humble and very nice over the phone, Took care of my issue instantly. Will be a repeat customer in future.
Charged my card for my food for delivery after a hour I called back and asked where my order was they said they didn’t delivered to my house I asked how come they didn’t call me back and inform me I have been patiently waiting a hour they never refunded my card I called for 2 weeks straight each time they said the manager would call me and never did I ended up having to dispute my card because they charged me 40$ and wouldn’t refund me !! Never again
Ordered food on 4/8 for an 845pm pick up. Ordered at 8pm. Arrived at 840pm and they hadn't even started making them. They had all veggies and meats outside of the coolers as if they wanted to close early, no aprons were worn, they didn't know their sandwiches, and were on their phones the whole time. I ordered 6 sandwiches and only 2 of them were made correctly! 100% disappointed and so glad I didn't order anything for myself as I am pregnant and clearly nobody there knew what they were doing.
Had them deliver to me millions of time just 5 mins away to all of a sudden they don't come to my area lolBut when telling them you been here a few times I was told I was lying and should maybe come in the store to get some foodNever again
Loved it. Got #10 & #5 with "WET tHE LETTUCE drip it to my elbow!!"with alot of JJ peppers. The guys taking and making my subs were great! Took about 6min for both. I wanted mine FREAKY not fast.. I'll definitely return for another Freaky fast adventure.
