Excellent cheesesteaks!! I ordered using the Jersey Mike’s app. DoorDash was unable to find my location and did not follow through with my delivery. I simply called Jersey Mike’s although I could tell they were very busy they went above & beyond to make another cheesesteak for me and actually deliver it to me personally over at Kroger distribution while I was waiting to make a delivery. I greatly appreciate each & everyone of you! Keep up the awesome job!

First time eating here and I must say I wasn't disapointed. I used to live near Philadelphia and always loved a good cheesesteak sandwich and this place is by far the best I've found for cheesesteaks. Super delicious and bread super soft and fresh. Only thing I would add it's some KETCHUP!!. PLEASE PROVIDE KEPTCHUP PACKETS AS CONDIMENT. But Overall it was amazing. Great subs great flavor.. ?
We come to this location frequently and have never had an issue with the food, it's always delicious, and the staff is friendly. However, I'm always put off by the Christian music station being played at a fairly loud volume. Curious if this is manager choice or a corporate station? I have nothing against any religion, I just think some people might not particularly like being sung to about Jesus while enjoying their food....
It's been a while since I've been to this location. When I walked in I was the only customer at the moment, there was a heavy set guy, who appeared to be the manager, never greeted me, I purposely stared at the menu waiting for him to say may I help you?, you can step over here & place your order whenever you're ready, but nothing. Then I walked over to the counter where he would take my order, after I ordered, a white gentleman walked in, stood in the same spot I stood, not even a minute after he walked in, the heavy set guy said, "how you doing sir, you can step over here & place your order". ? When I get home, as I was about to eat, which by the way was a chicken bacon ranch reg. The sub was not cut in half, it was sloppy, greasy & my bread was extremely soggy from the ton of mayo & grease. I was very disappointed in the service & the food. I won't be revisiting anytime soon.
The people at Jersey Mikes are amazing they keep on going out of the restaurant to give me my order to my car I did not even ask for that show my gratitude with amazing Stars amazing work.
Did online order for two subs, one was missing. Was noticed before leaving by management. It be like that sometimes, not really a problem. But was nice enough to compensate for the mistake even though I wasn’t upset
Best Cheesesteak in Metro Detroit. Customer service was exceptional. I'm partially disabled, they had no problems bringing me my order out to my truck.
This restaurant closes at 9:00 but they close a half hour early we are here at 8:30 and they will not accept any orders unbelievable I don't understand why they have their hours open until 9:00 it is 8: 35 so very disappointed that they turn business away a half hour before there supposed to close this store has too many issues I will never return to this store. So sad.
I was driving down Telegraph trying to decide what to have for lunch. I spotted Jersey Mike's and decided to try it. Glad I did it was just what I wanted. Fresh crusty bun and great tasting meats with just the right amount of dressing and not soggy. I will be back.
