Placed my order online. After I checked out I read the order and I forgot to select pepperoni on my second pizza for 2 large and bread deal. It put lite instead of minus on the veggies on my salad. Called literally a minute later. Took the young man on the phone like 5 minutes to tell me they can’t fix my pizza it was already in the oven even though I paid for the item anyway. Then tellS me we can pick off the other stuff on your salad. Wth? Like it’s not my money I’m spending. They’re just give me what they want.
This place was awesome I actually was running late and they kept my pizza warm and stayed open past or closing time because I was stuck in traffic there was an accident on ecorse and telegraph and they waited for me to me that's awesome and the food was great I would give this place two thumbs up and say go there definitely better than Domino's on ecorse and party way better
Do not order from this store unless you very much enjoy the constant phone calls you get from car warranty and or (India) based calls. Because not only can you NOT understand the phone person....he relentlessly tries to over sell even after you tell him that completes the order!!!!!
I honestly love this location, my food is always fresh and hot and the drivers are always respectful!! If I could give 10 stars I would :) thank you guys.
Hungry Howies is our go-to for pizza night. The medium pizza and salad have been fantastic. However, the wings are hit and miss. Lately, they have been getting quite skimpy. The photo shows a AAA battery next to them just for size comparison. Definitely not the best outing for wings.
Food has been hit-or-miss on being cooked properly and and now it's becoming extremely too expensive.????????????
If I could give this 0 stars I would we ordered pizza stuffed bread tonight and it tasted like cleaning chemicals when we called to report to manager she argued with us and said it tasted the same as everything else even though she never tried it it was literally inedible luckily my child did not ingested any of it and it was only my fiancé and I who tried it and immediately spit it out and called corporate after talking to the store buyer beware
Ordered a deep dish Howie’s special with garlic crust and it was the BEST pizza I’ve had in a long time! Love the deep dish!!

Pizza was barely warm and driver was 25 mins late on a 40 min order. I gave it two stars because I like their pizza. I will be ordering from another store though in the future. ( I called the Corporate number you gave and waited on hold for a H.R. person. Then she had no idea what I was calling for. Then told me every Hungry Howis Pizza is a small franchise and I should take up my complaint with the owner. So instead of Really being sorry about my experience, you gave me a dead end H.R. complaint number? If you Really don't care or just sent a BOT to the post Imade, why even replay at all.? Now you get one star. Maybe you should do some retraining refresher courses yourself owner.?
