Disappointed. Came in on Saturday, early evening, to order wings to-go for the there of us. Waited at the bar for 45 minutes for my wings. Really, 45min?? My order was placed at 5:15, I was the only one sitting at the bar, and many many tables were empty. The guys in the kitchen seemed to be having a good time, but I feel 45 minutes is a long time. The bartender apologized for the wait, but my guess is the managers weren't informed.
Hooter's has certainly changed. Not what it used to be. Food is okay. Seems like they changed the wings recipe. Removed my favorite sides. Place looks dingy and dated. Won't be a priority for dinning.
The waitress was terrible their. Me and my brother waited for 25 minutes for our food for the waitress to come back to our table and said she got caught up and forgot and our food and turned in the order and it would take 10 minutes. We waited for 20 minutes and still no food. We walked out of their and wasted a hour of our time. The Hooters on Eureka Rd in Taylor needs to close their doors it is about time. The place has steady went down hill and is no where near the place it used to be. They need to shut the doors. The food quality has went way down hill as well. Nobody hardly comes in their any more.
This USED to be a WONDERFUL dining spot. Great vibes, great food, etc. Unfortunately I can no longer say that. Service is Terrible, the place is filthy, and the food is not good. I think its time Hooters...you had a good run. But it's time to shutter up the doors guys. RIP Hooters Taylor. It's been real....
Literally picked hotel next door, ordered two talls then censored from there on. I'm 6'4" and 270lbs. Pretty sure I can have more than 2 beers, without having to get authorization, in USA of all places. Don't stop at this hooters. Very disappointed, hadn't been to one in a long time, was looking to have a few drinks and chill.I'd highly suggest firing the micro managing manager, she was literally giving her one employee a dress down for using a paper cup to get a drink vs a plastic cup. Sounds crazy to have seen. Truly a bizarre experience. ?
Although fun, I wouldn't say their best efforts are put into food.I've visited this restaurant a few times. I can't say I am in love with the place, but I do enjoy the "theme" that they proudly dish out. I would often bring friends to Hooters for their first time, just to say that they had gone, but there is not much to say otherwise. It's a bar, but also contains booths and tables for bigger groups and families. It's quite spacious, but I don't think I've ever seen it at full capacity. The staff have always been extremely friendly and polite. They initiate conversation and sit down at times to have a quick chat. They are good about getting you set at a table and taking down your orders as quickly as possible. In the times that I have been there, they had complimented me on my appearance, which was always a nice note to add to my night's symphony. The food, however, does not compare to their quality in service. I had the fish tacos, and I was unable to finish it. It was greasy, and felt like all they had done to prepare it was toss it into a fryer. I actually think that the majority of their food is served in that way, or at least is appears to be so. The Shrimp tacos, on the other hand, were actually very delicious. The pricing is to be expected from a bar/restaurant.I think this place is more known for it's gimmick than it is sought out for it's food. That being said, I would advice the sports lovers of the Taylor area, who want to drink a beer and not so slyly glimpse at some "off-limit" menu items, to come and visit Hooters. Personally, I would go on dates and bring friends here just to spice up the evening, and when it comes to spicing things up, Hooters definitely delivers.
What kind of dumb rule is 2 tall beer max no matter how long you been in and eating, however, they'll continue to sell you multiple pints.Service was good. I don't blame the server for this idiotic rule. She was attentive. Food well it's Hooters food. Lol.
slow lousy service especially carryout
It been awhile since we had Wings from Hooters. 4 days ago I stopped bought 15 piece mild wings and fries… the wing were ok( my sister thought they were great) however I have had better from Hooters. The fries were not done nor seasoned taste if they thawed from the freezer and served . Living 30 minutes away but planned to return the fries. Could not eat them.Well yesterday, my sister were near Hooters again unexpectedly because I really want to return the fries. She wanted more wings… we bought more (20 piece)…I did mention the fries ordeal to the person who waited on me.( she just smiled lol). I noticed the wings that they were serving other patrons, they looked and smelled good. Once we were home the wing smelled good. However taste and looks were not great. This cured my taste and hers from Hooters. She said another one of my recommendations went bad quickly. Sadly because my husband and I used to frequent Hooters for years.
Wish I could leave an even lower review. Just ordered here on Thursday night, Ordered SHREDDED CHICKEN Tex Max nachos. The chicken was NOT shredded. Literally at all. There were EXACTLY SEVEN chunks of chicken in my tray and they were so undercooked. RAW. There was absolutely NO PICO DE GALLO. At all. Just tomatoes.
