the food was actually pretty good, at first I thought due to the lack of professionalism in the establishment that I'd have issues. To my surprise everything tasted great, just wish the staff didn't look like a bunch of off work employees during my visit, like no uniforms at all lol
Stop eating happys!!!! The last time I ordered happys, I ordered pizza and rib tip meal. Sat done to eat some ribs and I found something hard so I spit it out and when I look ? it looked like a nail. When I further looked at it…. The piece of meat was all connected and didn’t separate. To me it looks like a dog paw!!!! I took the food back to ask what they thought it was and to ask for a refund and was told it was pig gristle. Ain’t no way!

I’ve tried for 2 months to be patient with this store and their lazy employees. Seriously, how hard is it to get a cup of ranch (when ordered) around here. 5$ discount after discount, phone call after phone call, telling fronts to make sure that my ranch gets put in the box EVERY time I place an order, even have given extra tip money for delivery drivers to have my (paid) ranch be re delivered for something that isn’t even MY fault, only for them to not come back. I’m done paying out of pocket for somebody else’s mistakes. My last time ordering from this Taylor location. Definitely order from the Trenton store, they don’t gyp you on toppings either!
Well food is good but I guess you have to be stupid to work there cause my order was wrong but on a plus it was still good

Ordered on 12/28/2021. Mushrooms were not cooked. Garlic butter fries were just fries. Asked for extra butter on my bread and bread was dry. Then when I complained the lady said I was being rude. This is about 3 times my order was messed up. Never order again. They are very unprofessional
We had a large order we did online. Went to pick up the order but wasnt ready yet. We got the order and went home to eat and found out we were missing part of the order. Talked to the manager and was hoping to get them delivered but would have to pay a delivery charge on there screw up. The manager hung up on me wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. I'm a veteran and dont use this Happys Pizza not friendly at all.
The riblets (2nd time now) tough. The 3 piece of catfish (3rd time) ranged from normal to medium to very small in sizeWill probably find another place in the future
the food is good the 2 times we have gone to this location the last few weeks. But the reason I am writing this review is for Natalie. we happened to be in Dollar General across the street and I thought let me stop in and get a pizza and we live closest to fix and northline. I am so so glad we did. we got Natalie she was nothing but a sweetheart everything was no problem or she offered a suggestion. she even spent slow time discussing things could of been stand offish but was so inviting. so we come back yesterday Saturday we waited to get her again not only did she come off the same way but she jokingly asked if we were getting....... she remembered our order down to the half and half crust and how we split it for two houses. before I ordered our crust she interjected and said you want half this half that we looked at her and laughed she knew it before we said it. we will definitely go in there anytime in the area specifically to see her.
