I was visiting Taylor this weekend and I was very glad to find the same good food I am used to in Florida. Panera Bread has the same yummy food in Taylor as in Florida. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Forgot a flatbread pizza, gave me a tuna sandwich instead of turkey sandwich, and they threw bagels on top of everything in the bag. Soooo pretty awful service!

Ordered through the website and it took 3 hours for two bowls of soup to be delivered. The driver was down the road and turned back around 5 times.
They do not have the gooey butter pastry anymore
I was so looking forward to having the egg soufflés for breakfast this morning along with some fruit and pastry! Ordered it last night for delivery this morning - then I received a call this morning that they didn’t have any souffles. First you put kale in practically every dish, and now you don’t even make your breakfast meals. We found a copycat recipe online for these so we might not need you to cook for us anymore

We were traveling and went out of our way to eat at a Panera. We placed our order and after my daughter was drinking her bottled lemonade, we discovered it was expired. I brought it to the attention and they were not very concerned. After waiting quite a while for our to go order I went up to see the delay. My food had been sitting all bagged up ready to go, and the girl walked away without handing it out. I asked to speak to the manager. I brought both issues to his attention. He didn't seem to care very much. I have worked in a restaurant, and I think he needs some more training.
