Decided to try this place for the first time. I got a steak bowl and I knew when they poured the sour cream on it didn't look right. I got home and could tell something was spoiled or wrong. It was so bad I didn't finish and I don't want to give it a second chance. I've had better chicken power bowls from taco bell and they get it right every time.5 stars for friendly staff, Fast service and place was clean.Sorry, ya"ll Overrated
This location is just terrible! I am 7.5 months pregnant and unfortunately chipotle is all I crave so I stupidly keep coming back. 12 orders in and haven't had one order right! Today went on my lunch break, since I had no power, to get my food. Came home and the label outside said my name, the food inside was for a completely different customer. They told me to drive back if I wanted to and they'd remake it. Sydney who I spoke to on the phone hid from me when I got there and had someone else make my food. What a waste of my time and money when gas prices are super high and it's over 100.degrees out! Corporate clearly hasn't followed up with this location either.

This location was a mess today. Food was all over the counters and floor. Maybe there was a rush before I got there but I was the only customer at the time. Spent $42 on two burritos, chips and queso.
Just ordered 4 bowls no sour cream. And the rice isn't cooked all the... I always go here and it's a hit or miss on the rice being cooked and never never no sour cream should say out of order online and in the store so people know.
Don’t order through the app and be 3 minutes late to pick up. They will tell you someone has already picked up your order and stare at you like it was your fault that they didn’t confirm people picking up the correct orders. And question you multiple times making it sound like you’re lying about not actually picking up your food.
I love Mexican food in general. My experiences has been good , fresh food and cooked well.
