Horrible! Its fast food, its not hard to make a sandwhich correct. They messed my sandwhich up, so I had to come back. The MANAGER took my order second time, and it was STILL messed up. They purposely have the phone off so you cannot call and let them know. Everyone should AVOID this Burger King. Your order will never get made properly.
We love to get food from here. Food is fresh, staff are kind and friendly!
This Is The BEST BK For Breakfast. I've been going to this location for 20 + years & never a messed up order in all that time. I'd rather drive past the one nearest my house to go to the Allen Rd location. Jim the morning manager is the definition of "service with a smile. Keep up the good work y'all.
No long waiting like the one on ecorse road. And I love Burger Kings thick fries that are better than McDonald's skinny thin b*******.
My husband and I ordered some food online just now from this location and holy...it was perfect. Fries were hot, nuggets were hot, Melty Whoppers were perfect. Best experience I've ever had from a BK, your employees deserve a raise!
Food is never fresh, managers are very rude And need to be trained for customer service.I will never go to this location again. DO NOT waste your time nor your money.
Went through the drive thru and bought 3 cheeseburgers and 3 Whoppers. Not one of the Whoppers had lettuce, tomatoes, mayo or onions. Very disappointed. It was not busy.
Food was solid. Got whopper meal, chicken fries meal and Jr whooper meal with the 8pc special. Went via drive thru. Nothing to wow me but it was an accurate order given to me with all sauces and ketchup, salt and napkins. Will be back.
They refused to cook our whopper extra well done and the lady in the drive thru was very rude.
