Since the location on Ecorse, Rd in Taylor, MI has been remodeled, the service has improved and has become faster, and our food very rarely is ever wrong. However, the jump in price is horrible! I used to spend about $45-50 for my family of 6 people, but in my recent visits it costed almost $80! I now only go there when my husband wants it and pays for it. I certainly will not be.
The most professional BK I have ever been to. Also, the large Coke is Large, not like the Crooks on 8 mile east of I75 or the Crooks on 12 Miles and Main Street
This is my favorite BK it's a little drive from my home but the food is always hot when I get home the worker's are always friendly and they have never missed up my orders
this location is by far the worst location I've seen.the customer service is out of control here they have no respect for anyone the floor manger allows them treat people poorly I could here her today saying I don't care if he waits I feel so disgusted by the employees here they say they don't do refunds you wait over 20 to 30 minutes which is ridiculous.i wish I could talk with a owner of this establishment
Order was good via the drive thru but the misses started feeling sick within an hour of eating. 24 hours later and she’s still sick as hell. Never eating there again.
It needs to be more fresher with the food I've gotten cold fries. Just gross ?
My #11 extra tarter sauce…being a Mgr at a high grossing full service restaurant at DTW thank God I knew how to make my own tartar sauce…. With 2 cars in drive thru .. I don’t blame the employees this (so simple) tells me morale is low which means they don’t care &!they’re not happy they’re just throwing things out there Which trickles to management so if you’re not happy in quick service go somewhere that pays more shoot The airport not only pays more they make sure you have transportation for doing the same job because this sandwich right here is completely unacceptable…waisted my cheat day lbvs
Terrible, I went thru quickly got 2 sandwiches an impossible burger extremely Dry and chicken classic they gave me Spicy. I walked inside to change for regular they were agreeable but it was shaped like a fist . I just laughed and SMH. Pitiful what business allow now.
Ive called like 6 times and no answer my order was messed up and I was just trying to get it right and can't get ahold of anyone there when I call. I have my receipt and food still I guess I'll try again in the morning ? Really inconvenient and I don't understand how no one is able to answer when they are still open, the phone just rings until it hangs up automatically.
I only went in for coffee I asked for a small I realized that it was smaller than I anticipated and I changed it to the next size up for the small the service provider was kind enough to just upgrade my coffee without a fee usually they're pretty decent and customer friendly at this Burger King especially in the a.m.
