Normally, no matter the time or location I get breakfast. This time my husband and I both had an early lunch, fried breast with two sides and biscuits.Everything was delicious. I loved Denise almost instantly! She's a treasure.
I used to like this location but things have seemed to be going downhill. The silverware is consistently dirty. It took going through 3 sets of silverware to find one clean set. The service was so sloooooow. The caramel mocha tasted like brown water and there was no caramel and so did the hot chocolate. My strawberry French toast was delicious though and so was the rest of the meal.
Food was ok. My waitress was very nice and attentive. The restaurant could definitely use a refresh on the inside. The booths are very old. Lots of dirt in the corners of the partitions. Also, the credit card reader was filthy. The entrance door windows were also filthy. There weren plenty of people working, so no excuse for the filth. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The manager could do a much better job of directing her team and keeping them busy. I've been in restaurant management for 13 years so it's hard for me not to notice things like cleanliness.
We give 5 stars because we like the food however you need new Management there. We walked in for 2 drinks and bread to go that took more then 15 minutes. You had 3 workers behind the counter talking to each other and getting no work done. You have a sign out front help wanted...it should read management wanted.
at first I wasn't gonna be rude but on my way out I realized why my experience was the way it was. As an ex employee of bobs I'm a little disappointed especially when the manager laughed as I stated servsafe protocol being broken right in front of her. I mean when you got cooks checking they phone and eating and immediately going back to cooking without a proper hand wash, I understand why my food quality wasn't up to par.steak was suppose to be medium, hash brows had a sweet taste like the flat top wasn't cleaned between orders, bacon was pressed down with a steak press so one side was crispy while the other was basically medium rare. our server Selena was awesome and the cashier Denise was very apologetic about it so I'm greatful some of the staff meet company standards. Also the geometries suck now that they are being fried, that is all
I love going with my family or friends for breakfast, there is one of our favorite places, the exquisite coffee, the breakfasts are not even delicious. highly recommended.
Had the Honey/Butter Chicken. Was excellent ? I recommend it. Service was good too. Had a refill of my Pepsi without having to ask.

Food was good. Service was good. No complaints but nothing top notch. Definitely room to improve in the wow factor. However, won't discourage anyone from making a visit for a warm meal!
Ordered a steak worth $12.00 to receive a steak the size of a small girl's fist. The mashed potatoes were even smaller in size with very little gravy. Cooking at home is much better
