Consistently take super long to get orders ready. I leave my house for work which is 15 minutes from me and ill leave 30 minutes before my shift starts and still be late. Today I left 40 minutes early and was still late!!! These people need more people, training, or something. They can’t handle the load of people. I spent 20 minutes in there!! Ridiculous. I’m extremely upset that I left my house early and still ended up being late

Online it says they open at 6 am. Got there at 7am to find the doors locked and lights off. No sign or anything explaining why they are closed.

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable crew. Very clean and organized. My drinks always taste weak and water down. I get tea drinks and they are always milky and not flavorful
The only words that I have to say is this coffee shop is awesome! The workers are very kind and thoughtful. The coffee is excellent!
