Eureka Fish New management is 100% better!!!! The food, the service, the cleanliness, everything is a 360 turn around! This place is very consistent with how the food taste and on the time they close, no more employees answering the phone like it's their personal phone, it's more professional and reliable! The man in charge Frank is very accommodating and he make sure your right, even if there are mistakes, he fix them with no problem or attitude! My go to spot for fried food!

Called to place a carry out order before flying out of state for a wedding last October. It was my first and only time going to this place. We just wanted to pick something up since we'd be leaving in the morning and thought we'd give something new a try.The guy that answered the phone hung up on me once, after telling me they didn't have something I wanted and I wasn't quick enough to ask for something else (I didn't know what else they had.. first time there and all) and the second time I got through, they didn't have three of the four items I wanted. Sure, okay, people don't always have everything, especially the last couple of years - but he was just kind of like "we don't got hush puppies" "we don't got red snapper" "we don't got Mac and cheese" and couldn't be bothered to tell me what they DID have when I asked. Two stars because the food tasted good but was not worth the hassle of ordering it from someone that clearly had not a lone customer service skill.I'm a pretty easy going person that hardly complains, but this guy was rude and very unhelpful. I see the business name has changed. I hope if it's under new management that it's better now.
Got five piece tender combo it was good just looked like it was fried in old grease
All of their fish is frozen. How are you frying frozen fish on demand? Catfish was large but it was so frozen. I wouldn’t doubt if it was freezer burnt. I don’t know any fish spot that uses frozen fish. Or at least has some thawed.
Way too much breading didn't get tarter sauce cocktail sauce, cole slaw I paid extra for or drinks
