I’m a regular with my girlfriend and we always have the BEST waitresses! Both Mindy and Karen at the Taylor Applebee’s have been so nice and have always gotten the orders correct and out in a timely matter. You can tell they care about their job and making sure everything is great. Absolutely wonderful staff!
We love the Taylor Applebees! We have been to several in many different cities and states and this one is always the best! Holly at the bar is amazing! She always take care of us. It’s so refreshing to have such great service! That is not necessarily the norm these days!
She did a wonderful job we had a table of 12 she made sure everything was good and she was patience and had a great personality ! Hopefully we have her again!
Taylor is an AWESOME barkeep. Very attentive and entertaining. She makes the best drinks this side of the Mason Dixon line. Can wait to come back and see her night after night. Good thing we live within walking distance
Came here just to write about the fantastic service that I received! My server, Katelyn, was the absolute best. She refilled drinks regularly and always checked up to make sure we were still doing good. I highly recommend coming here!
Amazing customer service. The manager had her team running perfectly. The dining room was well managed which was appreciated by the patrons. Food was on point. Always is when I come here. Must have some talented cooks back there.
This location has the best staff, never have I ever had a bad experience here. Autumn is AMAZING she makes the experience even better! She’s down to earth understanding and most importantly professional and patient. I honestly prefer to come on the days she’s working she’s THAT good. I’ve had multiple bad days coming in here and EVERY-TIME she brightens my day just by being herself!!! Great asset to the company.
The server Zack was very attentive and kind, also, the manager Dawn was very friendly and made sure we were happy with our meal/ visit. The restaurant was clean and the food and drinks came out In a timely manor and we're delicious. Definitely would revisit and recommend to friends/ family!
