That's not a picture of the BMWs I go to on telegraph Road and Taylor Michigan but I've been eating at that A & W since I was a kid, food is out of this world staff is always friendly and Up beat, restrooms are always clean I don't have a bad thing to say about it
The worse coneys I ever had in my life. Manager was in the prep room and sold us black hot dogs.
Food was good. Waitress did her best but you could see she was overwhelmed. Shakes and floats were spot on with flavor. Need a little TLC in the dining room.
Newly remodeled and yummy as ever. Make sure to ring the bell and let ' em know you enjoyed the visit. Don't want to dine inside..they still come to your automobile...to take your orders....park with headlights on when ready.

The girl Olivia or whatever her name was not only did she hide on the side it took them 30 min to give us our food and when I asked for forks the other girl looked at me and just stood there then I asked again and she grabbed them. They were rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this specific location. AND I LOVE A&W but this was one of the worse experiences I have had. In my personal opinion they need a whole new staff.
This is the best A&W in the area. Not sure if the guy at the register is the owner or manager but he is great. Always polite. Everyone in the kitchen makes the food quick and always tastes great.
Terrible entry design, becomes extremely crowded and confusing where you get your food when it's done. Older male woker was throwing food and sauces onto peoples trays with a terrible attitude. Bathrooms were gross, as well. We were excited to find an A&W with indoor dining, but we will never return as it was a terrible experience.
Normal hot dog is small and cold, feels hard and is not even big enough to fit the bun, Chilly cheese fry’s are bomb though.
So impressed with this A&W! Food was delicious, service friendly and fast, and restaurant was very clean. My parents raved about this location and I thought they were a little too enthusiastic about a fast food joint, but after going I am so impressed. Everything tasted and looked so good! And I love how the interior has retro looking furniture too. Definitely going to come back again.
Staff was very nice, the young girl who took our order was very kind. Food was great, we dined in and the staff came to check to see if food was OK and if we needed anything else.
