This place is horrible. Poorly managed as well. We don't live far so we would like to give this location a chance but every time it's some bs. I don't even know where to start. Our order is always wrong and cold. when you ask for something extra the decide to do the opposite but charge you more. NOT ONLY THAT. If you go in or try to call in your order they always say place online. clearly they know people will just leave so they have less work to do. tonight when we went they were smoking and not doing any work and turned us away because we had no online order but the computers were working completely fine. this is a new location and you would think that they would have thier stuff together but they don't. highly disappointed and i wouldn't be surprised if this location is shut down. it adds no value to this area at all.

Doesn't deserve a 1 star the employee are rude i was picking a up a doordash order i was little early when i walk in the employee told me i was early ok i understand but he went inside and set down and started smoking his Breez vpae right by the food. when i came down to right a review this place already had 1.3 start review like what?? Is this place still existing is unbelievable and people are ordered food which is not hygienic the employee needs to get fired and the place should get close down.

Other Wingstops are usually a lot slower. Been here three times now, pretty much on time every time and have always gotten the orders right. Prices are competitive with other wing places right now. You won't find flavors that give DWC or Wingsnob a run for their money, but Wingstop has them beaten on price.

One of the worst wings I’ve ever had, the so called wing had one little piece of chicken like 1/8 inch thick and the rest of it was all bread. I can’t understand how you even screw wings up this bad. Thanks for being a waste of money. I heard that Wingstop was better than Buffalo Wild Wings from several people. But this honestly completely garbage. And doesn’t make me want to try this place again. Most of the staff was rude and took forever to even acknowledge that we were standing waiting for our order. This place needs to be all fired and hire a whole new staff. Not even a single redeemable thing about my experience with this. Very disappointed. I even checked the reviews before I came here thinking you know what maybe it was just a one time thing but now all the reviews do make sense.

I got the complete wrong order. I did not get my fries, the correct flavor or amount of wings, and I didn’t get my dipping sauce. I waited forever to get my food and the employees were blasting music, sitting on the counters, and completely unprofessional. I will not be heading to any wing stops again.

I was so happy to finally have a Wingstop closer to home. I placed a pre-order for game day and then was horrified when I saw the reviews just hours before my order was scheduled to be ready. I never thought to check reviews for a chain quick-serve restaurant just because it's a new location. Thankfully, the food turned out great, the order was ready on time and the staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back to this location.

I figured I would try a new business and give them a chance. Order was prepared in a timely manner. It seemed like the manager or night lead was in control and helpful. That was probably the highlight. We ordered the Crew Pack it included 30 wings large fries and cut veggies celery and carrots. Fries were cold and hardly any seasoning, the celery and carrots were on top of Fries. Either item should have been in a container not a open tray. The carrots were so cold they were mush. Ordered mix of flats and drums got 80 percent drums. Season was so-so the lousinana dry rub was the only highlight of the meal. They definitely need a lot of improvement. When I did a online comment to the company they asked if I would like to be contacted about this experience, I said yes no attempt has been made. I guess they don't care if they can improve their service

They forgot half of our order. We didn’t realize till we got home. The wings we did receive were not labeled so we did not know what was what. The wings we did get were 2 different flavors put into the same box and the sauces got mixed together. The fries were very soggy and not good. When we went back, I asked for a refund on the forgotten items. I was told because it was an online order that the refund will take a couple days to go through the general manager.When I checked the forgotten lemon pepper, the wings were wet in a puddle of grease. And only the top part of the wings had seasoning. That was our first time there. Very disappointed. I want to like them but the food quality and service was poor. It sounded like they were trying to manage several other complaints when I was there so I am guessing I wasn’t the only one. I won’t be going back. Fast food is too expensive now to tolerate this type of quality.

Ordered cajun wings. Might as well have been bare. I order extra well done and got soggy wings. Opposite Day? Never eating here again. Disgusting.

I went to this location tonight and was excited to try it. I ordered thigh bites with lemon pepper dry rub. What I got was a bunch of thigh bites sitting ins pool of oil and pepper. Certain pieces were over seasoned and I couldn’t eat it cuz I was soaking in oil. Staff was very friendly tho and the service was good. Just not the food.
