I was there today around 12 pm I asked for bagels they said we don’t have bagels, asked for croissant with cream cheese on it they said we don’t have, so I got the plain croissant when I got to the window I saw there was bagels on the shelf right behind the cashier and asked the croissant to toast they said we can’t as we’re cleaning the toaster we can microwave it!!! Finally they served us the croissants it was dry!! So upset with the bad service!!
Horrible horrible service they can’t even get your orders I had explain 3 time I want a ice cap and chicken wrap it’s in there Mamu she still didn’t get my orders then someone else came to take the order before we finish ordering they closed itThere a line of 5 cars
The people here are great! I’ve never been treated so good at a fast food place. They go above and beyond.
The kids who were working forgot multiple items in our order... and were not speaking clearly or loudly so mistakes were made in the drive thru ordering process
The worst Tim Horton on plants the worst employees ever I see every time I go there I have to wait 20 min to get my order u guys should shut the place down
I finally had my decaf coffee taste like coffee.Went to 19 hayes. Took 15 minutes for 2 decaf coffee and muffin.Not a thank you or have nice day.
Had a simple order they messed it up. Went back to fixed it and I get lied to that the person at window made it when I clearly saw the guy from the back bring it up front. I've had issues at this location since bobby left. Only trust this place for coffee orders
I got the Irish creme coffee it was okay not the best. Too sweet for me and I like sweet things.
Ordered a dozen donuts through the drive thru. The young man working the register was extremely friendly. Will definitely frequent this location more often.
I don’t understand why do you put Boston cream donut in a bag when you know the chocolate is going to stick to the bag!!
