I’m a huge Tim Hortons coffee fan, as my kids are in love with the donuts. Very disappointed with my last visit, which was definitely my last for this location. Girl attempting to take my order at the drive through rushed me, upon giving them my money at the window not only did they forget to give me my change, but also my receipt, my correct order, and to ask how I wanted my coffee. After 3 attempts to try and fix my order the lady rudely asked me to “PULL FORWARD “ where which I had to go inside to let them know what donuts from the case I ordered. Never agian.

The trash that works here is too lazy to make iced capps and will tell you through the speaker that the machine is off for cleaning at various times of the day and night. When you ask them, the clowns say "2 or 3 hours." Incredible, I didn't know that machine was so challenging to use. Interesting that the Tim Hortons down the road in Troy is always available to make iced capps when the clowns at this location are too incompetent or lazy. Other items obviously out of stock, I asked for 4 things last time and they had nothing. Avoid this place during the day and go to the 14 mile location... and don't go here at night either, these clowns don't want to work and will waste your time by telling you everything is out of stock or not working.

Gave me the complete wrong thing, and I’ve had better customer service at a Taco Bell in the hood. Not a have a nice day or anything. Handed me drink and slammed window.

Amazing coffee! The whole experience from start to finish is great, the staff member is always so friendly and kind. The tea is very delicious, and the prices are fair for the portion size. It's always a great spot to get great coffee with a beautiful place and very nice staff.

They almost always get your order wrong. Employees need to get retrained for sure. You would think at the speed they process things (very slow) they would have plenty of time to make sure things are correct...nope. Slow and still wrong. Go to other locations if you can.

Coffee is never consistent, they dont accept debit card, rude service. The massive pothole in their drive through needs to get fixed. Usually the inside is closed. Dont really like it here sorry

I really want to like this location... seriously you get in a huge drive thru line, order and find out they don't accept debit cards or credit card at the window when you pay?Been going to this location for years and randomly they change the policy on payment type they accept. Nothing posted to notify of a "daily" or" weekly "change . This is the only location that this is the case. I truly understand if they are having technical difficulties temporarily, IT NEEDS TO BE POSTED BEFORE YOU ENTER THE DRIVE THRU!

I don't know about the day staff but every time I've been here later in the night they've gotten my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. I don't know how that's possible.I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. I rather not rag on service people even if they're not doing well but at this point I'm wasting money, time, and gas to get a cup of gross bean water lmao

I've have multiple bad experiences at this Tim Hortons. I only go to this location because it's the closest one to my job.Just today, I ordered SMALL vanilla ice capp with no whip cream. I get to the window and I see a large drink with whip cream so I assumed it may be for the car behind me. She took my card, paid (without telling me the price but I assumed it would be the same price as my order every day). She then proceeds to give me the large ice capp. I proceeded to tell her that I ordered a small ice cap and she looked at me with a blank face. I took the drink any way and said "it's okay." She took no initiative to refund me and make the correct drink that I ordered.Last week, I ordered a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. She gave me the bag with the bagel. When I got to work, the bagel had NO cream cheese on it and was not even toasted. Two weeks ago, the lady told me I can't do more than 2 orders... which doesn't make sense. There were also 2 times where they gave me my bag and drinks in the drink holder but when I got to work, I seen multiple items missing. The employees in this location are extremely incompetent. Please retrain your employees.

What is so hard about working at a fast food place!?! You're set up to win and still they fail. You have to pull all the way up to the drive through speaker before you see a sign that says they are only taking cash or Apple Pay. So you have to either order or wait. Either way, it's really dumb to make someone wait in a long line to tell them that only certain types of currency can be accepted and get stuck in the line if you don't have any of the above ways to pay. "But you said you take debit w/a chip in it?" "We do but it has to be Apple Pay." The last Tim Hortons didn't have anyone even there and there were no signs to say what was happening. Customer service is not just gone downhill, it's pretty much non-existent anymore.
