Loved the experience here. Food ingredients (noodles, meat, vegetables, etc) cook in boiling broth in about ten seconds, hence the name of the restaurant.Highly recommend if you're looking to try something new. A variety of spicy options too.I had plenty of food to take home leftovers for a second meal.Good service/polite server
10/10. Super delicious noodles. The broth was tasty and salted perfectly. the noodles were chewy and the perfect consistency. I tried the premade soup because I was nervous to do the one you mix but I’d definitely come back to have the experience to try 10 second noodles! I also got the cucumber side dish and it was great. Had to order a second serving to go.

Food here is fantastic, but the waitstaff are horrible. Rude, impatient, and they don't even pay attention despite not having much else to do except sit at the counter until more people come in. One waiter sat on his phone while my girlfriend and I were ready to order. We waited for 15 minutes until I finally got up and told him we were ready.It's a good thing they don't have much in the way of competition.
Come here every time on my day off! They have different soup base for the rice noodles. My favorites are the Spicy Szechuan and the Signature Rice Noodle soup with Thinly Sliced Beef! So delicious!!!！
Seriously delicious, food is bursting with flavor and true to authentic hot pot. The restaurant still suffers from new restaurant jitters (dirty glasses, haphazard service) but based on the owner I fully expect them to be killing it before long. Worth a visit, especially if you hunger for old school flavors.

Delicious! Two dishes that we ordered were very tasty, we got the A3 signature Beef brisket Noodle and Rice Noodle with Thinly Beef Slice and Kimchi. Two different taste A3 was very rich in flavor but not too powerful. It's very hearty and perfect for cold weather. I think I'm addicted! I would recommend a3 for first timers, and if you like sour broth get the kimchi the beef brisket is so delicious. And it came out so quickly! I love that they let us put the ingredients in ourselves and it comes out in a cool hot stone bowl with boiling broth. It's a very reasonable price as well. Very cute spot for a date night or lunch. When we came in there were any music, but then after I heard music come on it wasn't American music it was Chinese and I loved it even more. My new favorite spot.
This is the best for hot pot soups. Staff is very attentive. I ordered the A3 and hubby ordered the A11. Both were so delicious. The A3 is pretty good with bone broth and beef brisket. The winner was definitely my hubby's A11, hot and sour soup with beef brisket. We also ordered the pepper salt fish fillet and tea eggs. The food portions were just right. We can't wait to come back and try more.
