Every time I get food from there it is so messy and there's cheese and beans everywhere even if I didn't order anything with beans. Also, I went there and ordered a mountain dew with no ice. Apparently they didn't catch that part. So when I asked Scott who was helping me at the window I get one with no ice. He just sat there and rolled his eyes at me like it was so difficult for him to get a new pop with no ice.
Steer clear of this TB location. Employee at the drive through is rude. Portion size and quality is low. Examples, cheesy bean and rice should have all three. Nope. It was think as a rail and didn’t have beans in it. The second one had a hint of beans, but the rice was crunchy, meaning it was in the steam table too long. The chips, all four that were in the little bag was a joke, until I opened the cheese container, that had only a quarter of it filled. Just enough for the four chips!?!Seriously, go to the store on John R, just S of 14. The extra 2 miles is worth it.
The lady had no customers and made me wait 15 minutes all while yelling thru the microphone. After I pulled up to the window the lady then proceeded to take another 5 minutes to ring me up, after that I got my food and found so many pieces of hair in my food not one or two but many more all this wile the lady up front having the biggest attitude.
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They constantly get my order wrong and I’m always waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Today they took my money and then I waited 15 minutes at the window for my food with nobody coming to tell me why it was taking so long. I knocked on the window and everyone in line behind me was honking. If I wouldn’t of already paid I would’ve left. Not to mention the dining room was close so you couldn’t even go in I will never go there again . Not to mention all of my food was just thrown in the bag and most of my tacos were open and spilling out AND they got my order on again today. They left out two things.. ????
employees are super rude and unprofessional. i paid for my doordash order and went to pick it up on 05/07/22 at 8:23pm, the employee on duty told me that they’re closed & i explained to her that they are not in fact closed & that i have an order to pick up, she told me she “doesn’t care”, doesn’t have employees to make the food, and that i can make the food myself if i want it. i couldn’t believe that a working employee would speak to a customer that way, i’ve worked customer service jobs and would have never spoken to a customer like that completely unhinged for no reason. i called corporate and doordash and was thankfully refunded through doordash & was able to record the whole ordeal to send to corporate. this place needs to be shut down.
I'd give this place zero stars if I could.I tried my 5 layer mess of a burrito and ended up spitting it out.My daughter's slop of soft tacos were so spicy that it made her lips burn.Our whole order ended up in the garbage what a waste of money.
Avoid this Taco bell if possible. My order today was missing items, not made right and wrong items in my box. The people inside don't care and have attitudes. I ate inside and had to goto the counter many times. Also hard to find a clean table. I'll never go back. Order # 2105727
The cashier is not very friendly. She's barked at my son twice now about what he ordered because she didnt get it right. They are very sloppy and careless about what they put out. This is not what a soft taco should look like.
seriously? a crunchwrap supreme has more than just lettuce and sour cream on it. waste of money
Pretty sure the night crew is stealing from this place, credit card machine is always "down" and they don't provide a receipt.Food is not made the way it should be.Owner should shut it down until he gets a trustworthy staff
